#House Rules *No smoking, parties, or events* Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out by 11AM Our goal is to create a very enjoyable stay for your trip. To do that we have a few minor requests so that you are as happy as our neighbors are. In respect to our home and our neighbors please review and accept our rental agreement: Fines will be assessed, sometimes over your security, if you do not abide by the following rules: • Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a normal level, reducing noise after 11:00pm. • No additional guests without host approval • If you live in the area, please do not instant book, contact us first. • No parties or events. Fines assessed for additional cleaning, trash removal and property damage. Party is grounds for termination of stay and immediate removal with no refund. • No smoking and no vaping are permitted anywhere inside the property. If any guests are observed smoking inside the property the whole group will be requested to leave. If you wish to smoke/vape, please use the patio outside or outside the property and close the door. Please ensure smoke does not blow into the barn. Do not dispose of cigarette ash or stubs in the indoor rubbish bins or litter anywhere around the patio or the garden. We reserve the right to charge a $250 instant penalty • No sublet, and no packages may be sent to the house without host approval • No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages • No filming unless location agreement and COI is provided, additional fee will apply • Please remove all the trash from inside to the main trash can outside. The blue trach can is for recycle items-please refer to poster on the bulletin board. • Host reserves the right to access to the basement, the front & backyard for trash removal and maintenance tasks during guests stays. You must also acknowledge Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (next day)
