Comfortably Sleeps 10: Rest easy in our comfortable beds with soft linens. Our cabin was furnished for couples, families and small groups of families in mind.

Family-Friendly Amenities: As a family with little kids, we’ve thought of everything to make your stay stress-free with little ones – pack n play, high chair, baby gates, black out curtains, night lights, toys, books, slides, swings, yard games and more.

Kid-Friendly Play Areas: The kids will love the deck slides, tree swing, and the wide-open space to run and play.

Located just 2-3 minutes from downtown Pine, where you can find delicious dining, roam several antique/thrift stores, visit the Pine Creek Lavender Farm, or grab your groceries at the Ponderosa Market.
We're also located just 20 minutes from the heart of Payson, should you need a larger store such as Walmart or Safeway.

Situated next to the Arizona Trail and just a short drive from the top of the rim, this cabin is a hiker’s paradise. We’re also just 13 minutes from Tonto Natural Bridge State Park and 28 minutes from Water Wheel Falls, perfect for exploring some of Arizona's most scenic trails.

No parties allowed! In an effort to respect our neighbors and protect our town's allowance for Airbnbs, parties are strictly prohibited. Please observe quiet hours, which are from 10pm-8am.

We are pet-friendly! We welcome your furry friend to come along with you on your adventures! Unfortunately due to past abuses of our allowance for pets, we have a strict ONE pet policy with strict pet rules for the protection of our home and to respect our neighbors. Should you bring more than one pet, you will kindly be asked to find another accommodation.

Pet Rules:
- No pets are to be left unattended off leash outside or left unattended inside our home. Please bring a kennel if need be.
- No pets on our furniture- both indoor and outdoor.
- Our property is not fully fenced! Ensure pers do not wander onto neighbors property.
- Clean up after your pet and remove all pet waste from our property before you leave.
- Please try to remove pet hair left by your animal via the vacuum and lint rollers. Lint rollers can be found in hallway cabinet.

Propane tanks are not guaranteed to be filled for your stay. There may be leftover propane from the previous guest. If you plan to use the BBQ or fire table, note that propane tanks can be filled at the Ponderosa Market, just 3 minutes up the road. For safety purposes, both propane tanks will be turned off when you arrive, so you must turn them on before use!

Fires:
Due to high fire risk area and home insurance, please note the following rules. Unfortunately the use of the indoor fireplace is prohibited. Fires can be enjoyed at the fire table anytime. And fires can be enjoyed in small outdoor fire ring ONLY when no fire restrictions are in place. Please bring wood if you plan to build a fires. Our property logs are not to be burned or used for firewood.
