In the tranquility of the golf course on a hill in the middle of the exclusive golf course of Ibiza Roca Llisa you will find this beautiful and lovingly restored country house surrounded by 7000m² of land, enjoying absolute tranquility with an impressive panoramic view over the golf course and the beautiful landscape.
The nearby bays around Santa Eularia can be reached in about 5-8 minutes by car, as well as in Santa Eularia good shopping and excellent restaurants.
An extensive plot of land provides ample opportunities for retreat despite the proximity to the green of the golf course, which you can overlook from here to the bay of Cala Llonga. The property consists of main house with bedroom / bathroom, living room, TV room, library and large dining room. The two adjoining en suite bedrooms each have their own access. In the tower of natural stone walls there is once again a fully equipped apartment with coffee-maker.
The property features three bedrooms with air conditioning for optimal comfort, while the two bedrooms offer authentic Finca ambiance, naturally cooler due to the thicker Finca walls, supplemented by standing fans. 5 bedrooms with 4 separate entrances!

Music and outdoor noises must be kept low after 9:00 PM. Between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM, there should be no external disturbances from music or voices.
Upon check-out, the tenant is obligated to leave the rental property by 10:00 AM in a swept, garbage-free, washed, and orderly condition, including terraces, living areas, pool area, barbecue, etc. Furniture should be returned to its original position.
In consideration of subsequent tenants, we kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the rental property.
Due to the general risk of fire, public fires are legally prohibited in the summer.
The tenant is responsible for daily disposal of generated trash.
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.
