Our one bedroom, top floor condo is the perfect getaway for couples looking to spend some quality time together in the Vail Valley. We are situated at the Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort in East Vail. We have beautiful views and a serene vibe that is perfect for recharging you after a fun filled day outside in the mountains.
The area is perfect for year round fun.
Winter offers world class skiing a stones throw away in Vail. Beaver Creek, Copper, Cooper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland ski resort are all within 15-60 minutes away as well.
Spring offers quiet solitude in what we call our "mud season" as all the snow melts. The sun shines, days are cool, and the beautiful signs of spring flowers, birds, and animals are all around.
Summer is warm and sunny. Hiking, biking, climbing, ATVing, fishing, camping, horseback riding, boating, paddle boarding, concerts, frisbee golf art festivals, and more await you for summertime fun at any age.
Fall is unlike anywhere else. The famous aspens shine golden, alone, against the evergreens for a spectacular display from September to Mid October. The air is crisp and invigorating and it's some of our most favorite hiking weather.
While we're a 5 minute drive to the main village, our condo is also situated on the FREE Town of Vail bus line, you can easily access all points of Vail Ski Resort and much of the surrounding area. Guests also have access to free surface lot parking in up to two spaces, which is a tremendous value for anyone who hates parking garage fees.
The Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort offers a year round heated lap and recreation pool, multiple hot tubs, full gym, fitness classes, sauna/steamroom, many tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and more. Guests can purchase drop-in passes at the clubhouse or they can receive free access with booking a massage appointment through the club's front desk. We recommend booking massage as early as possible as availability is limited.
We offer a free ski locker (please bring your own lock) on the ground floor so you don't have to carry your skis or boards up to the top floor.
Our kitchen is well-appointed and contains a wide variety of kitchen tools and amenities for your stay. We are foodies so there's no way we'd leave you with some old, dull knives and barely any salt and pepper. We have dozens of spices and pantry items available for your use. We also keep a supply of tea, coffee, and coffee pods. While we don't have every kitchen gadget out there, we supply a wide variety such as can openers, thermometers, spatulas, tongs, graters, egg timers, etc.
The property is best suited for couples wishing to get away from it all, however, we do also have a pull-out sofa if you'd like to share with friends, family, or another couple.
All guests (maximum of 4) must be registered. We DO NOT ALLOW THIRD PARTY BOOKING. That means the guest booking and paying for the property must be present and staying at the property. This is to protect everyone against credit card fraud and property misuse.
The guest booking will also be required to securely sign a rental agreement and upload a copy of a valid ID to protect against any fraudulent credit card activity. All guests staying at the property must also be named in the rental agreement for insurance and emergency contact purposes.

From Sept. 1 to May 31, the Traction Law is always active on I-70 between Morrison (Red Rocks in Denver foothills) to Dotsero (west of Vail). Motorists can be fined for driving with inadequate equipment and/or if they have inadequate equipment and end up blocking the roadway with an accident. You can check the CoDOT.gov website for the most up to date information regarding traction laws.
We are 1/10th of a mile (about a 2 minute walk) to multiple free Town of Vail bus stops. The Town of Vail updates the bus schedule seasonally. QR codes are present at each bus stop and information is always available on their website.
Many people bike and hike on the roadways and rec paths around the valley. Please stay vigilant.
Policies and Rules
2) Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the unit or outside the unit within 25 feet of open windows or doors. Any smoke detected will result in forfeiture of your damage deposit. If you smoke outdoors with the doors and windows closed please dispose of your buts and ash appropriately. We live in a high fire danger area, year round. Littering or flicking of butts will not be tolerated.
3) No items are EVER to be placed on the fireplace and the fireplace door is to remain closed during the duration of the fire. Damage resulting from melted items or escaped embers will be charged according to the severity of the damage.
4) No illegal drugs will be tolerated. Any reports or evidence of such activities will result in an immediate termination of your reservation and forfeiture of your damage deposit.
5) No tampering with internet modem, router, cable box, any locks, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors. Doing so will result in immediate termination of your reservation and reduction of your damage deposit for any fines imposed by security and fire monitoring services for tampered equipment.
6) No parties. Parties will result in an immediate termination of your reservation. You are welcome to have friends visit with no more than 8 people visiting. However, overnight occupancy shall not exceed 4 people.
7) No pets. We know this can be very sad. We LOVE fur babies and we're sure they are very good boys and girls, but pets are not allowed by renters as per HOA rules. Sneaking a pet in will result in a $300 fine plus any fines added by the HOA. We support and respect people who truly have a need for service animals and take Emotional Support Animal fraud seriously. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not protected by the ADA and in the state of Colorado, hotels and temporary lodging are not considered housing and are not subject to the Fair Housing Act which requires ADA compliance. This means that emotional support animals are not permitted to stay in a hotel room with you unless the facility is pet-friendly. Misrepresenting an ESA is a crime in Colorado and can come with fines of up to $500 from the state.
8) No hair dyeing, self tanners, or air brush tanning allowed on premises.
9) Please report any issues or damages promptly. Failure to disclose in a timely manner does not give us a chance to fix it. No refunds will be given for issues reported after check out.
10) NO THIRD PARTY BOOKING! The guest booking and paying for the property rental must be staying at the property. All guests will be required to be named for insurance purposes. The booking/paying guest will be required to securely upload a copy of valid ID to protect against any fraudulent credit card activity.
11) Signed rental agreement is required prior to any entry codes being distributed.
Please check that you have trip trip cancellation/trip insurance protection either from your credit card services or a third party. We strongly suggest purchasing a "cancel for any reason" policy to protect your investment in case of illness, emergency, weather interruption, etc. Policies labeled "cancel for any reason" are the best policies to buy. Often they are inexpensive and they cover all aspects of your trip from your plane tickets, to car rentals, non refundable reservations, etc. We will happily provide documentation to you or your policy issuer should they require it, but we will follow our refund/cancellation policy.
We are located in an area that can be affected by wildfire smoke in summer or snow events in winter that will closed the highway for periods of time. Please plan accordingly and for the unexpected. These issues are inherent risks to the region and refunds are only issued if there are mandatory evacuation orders in our area during the dates of your stay.
Stay extensions, early/late check in/out fees, etc. will be sent via e-invoice to booking guests email. Services or goods will not be rendered until payments are made.
Cancel 61+ days before booking, 100% refund.
Cancel 30-60 days before booking, 50% refund.
Cancel less than 30 days before booking, no refund.
Once a booking is confirmed, the dates are taken off the market for other guests. If a guest cancels we will reopen the calendar dates and if they become booked, an appropriate refund will be issued for what was able to be re-booked.
We strongly urge you to look into a trip insurance policy so that you can guarantee yourself protection in extenuating circumstances.
