The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes/glassware, cookware, utensils, toaster and coffee maker (and coffee supplies). Off the kitchen is a wonderful screened porch for listening to the peaceful sounds of nature.



The living area offers a seating space for reading or watching television on the Smart TV, as well as an oversized couch for lounging.



Bathroom offers a full size shower & tub and comes stocked with towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hair dryer. Laundry is available onsite with a washer/dryer combo unit provided.



2 Bedrooms: each bedroom includes clean & comfortable bedding, a dresser & closet. Bedroom 1 offers a Queen memory foam bed. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed; the bottom is a full size mattress, the top and trundle below are both twin size mattresses.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. Guest can also receive a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If a guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, guest will be charged 50% for all nights. If a guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, there is no refund unless we are able to rebook.
