Spacious bright airy house kept clean and updated. Designer inspired coastal chic for the beachy atmosphere. Sit and relax in the courtyard, lounge in the sun while having an afternoon drink and BBQ. Watch golfers at the driving range or Trent golf course just a short walk from the villa. Go for a swim in the nearby pool. Short walk to the beach or call the dune buggy for a ride. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath open concept kitchen and LR with wood floors, bathroom tiled and master bedroom carpeted.



Foodies have a full amenity modern kitchen that chefs love. Take in the afternoon sun in the private courtyard drying off from a relaxing swim. Outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the day at the beach. Bike, hike or jog on the resort friendly paths. Build sand castles on the beach or tee off at the 3 in resort golf courses.



Full access to all but owner's closet, and 5 shared community pools.

Great biking/walking trails. Free on call in resort shuttle April-Sept. Uber and Lyft serviced if you want to go out for happy hour. An hour drive to Savanna or under two hours to Charleston to see the southern charms.



Parking is charged per vehicle at $25 per week with maximum of 2 vehicles.

We had a wonderful time at the Cozy Coastal Chic cottage. We enjoyed all the comforts of home. Lovely and nice with a welcoming decor. Very clean and well equipped. Location was wonderful for walking to the beach and local restaurants. We will come back to HHI and would rent this home again!!

One of the nicest places in Queens Gate and we have stayed in several. Location is perfect—5 minutes from the General Store and tennis and Pickleball courts. Big TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen with two coffee makers: keurig and Mr. Coffee. Lots of kitchen stuff including pots and pans, plates and utensils, a nice sized washer and dryer, and a dishwasher and garbage disposal. We loved how the place was was so clean and decorated throughout but especially the bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable and quiet. The bathrooms are on the small size but also nicely decorated and stocked with shampoo and body wash. Water pressure pretty good as well. Overall we would definitely stay again and completely recommend this unit to our family and friends.

Exactly as pictured. Perfect for my family of four and we loved that we could bring our dog along too! Centrally located on the island and even walkable to the palmetto dunes general store where we enjoyed getting ice cream in the evenings.

We really enjoyed our stay with out two kids and dog. The closest beach was lovely. We decided to drive daily and it was about 2 min away. The pools were hard to find, very tucked away. The place was exactly as pictured. The fenced yard was great for our dog. The kitchen was stocked. Neighborhood beautiful. It was overall very nice!

This place was perfect for a family of four. Great location to have access to get by car to different locations on the island, quickly. Just note, if we are staying for a couple of days there’s only one set of wash clothes per person. However, there is a washing machine on site. Loved our stay and Patricia was very quick to respond!

We want you to enjoy your stay as this condo as part of a resort community it has several community rules.
- The address of the villa is 45 Queens Folly rd unit 531 it is located in the Queens Grant section in Bristol Court. You will receive via email a pass code to enter the villa.
- No motorcycles, campers, or trailers are allowed to enter the resort.
- Parking pass(es) need to be picked up at the pass office 16 Queens Folly RD. There is a fee of approximately $25 per vehicle. Maximum of 2 vehicles.
- Please only park in the signed parking lots, there is no street parking allowed, ticket or towing may result in illegally parked vehicles. You will be responsible for payment of any fines/tickets impose to your parking pass.
- Garbage pickup is Tuesday and Friday all garbage must be in the bins provided including recyclables in the service yard
- Shower in service yard has hot/cold water and should be used for pets or to rinse off from the pool/beach
- Please no towels on railings you can hang them in the service yard
- The Dunes Buggy is a free shuttle bus service within Palmetto Dunes & Shelter Cove is generally runs from April - September 8am - 9pm daily on call @ 843.689.4222
- In general I try and leave sand toys and beach chairs in the service yard for your use and expect them to be available for the next guest, if anything happens to them please notify me.

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Nonrefundable 50% deposit. Cancel 45 days prior to arrival 2nd payment is not made. For emergencies If we rebook your dates the difference between the rebooked total amount and your total booking amount less credit card fees may be returned.
