In walking distance of NYC Buses (Q5, Q85)and NICE bus (n4)...will take anywhere including NYC Subway. It's a 10 min walk from LIRR will take you into New York City and Brooklyn. (near the Rosedale and Laurelton stops). Less than 10 minutes from JFK International Airport and less than 30 minutes away from LaGuardia Airport.

Lost keys: $75 per set Reservation is required and payment is due to confirm reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
