Located in a delightful craftsman house, built in 1919, completely remodeled, in the heart of historic University Heights, 1 block from restaurants, cafes, and shops. Close to Balboa park, historic Trolley Car Barn, San Diego Zoo, museums, Comic-Con, beaches and Gaslamp. Free laundry onsite. Very walkable neighborhood.

Had a great stay. Everything was pristine. Tea & Coffee were provided. The bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but there is a cot in the bedroom which fits perfectly over the sofa bed to make it comfortable as well. Just wish I found the cot earlier in the trip.

The location was great, easy to I-5 and I-8 which gets you anywhere. Very clean and was a match to the description. She did indicate in advance that parking was available but limited (no designated spots) so after 6:00pm it took a while to find a space and could be a block or so away. But the weather was great so the walk from parking the car wasn't an issue. Overall a great experience and I would do it again.

Jennifer had a great little place to stay, I highly recommend, you are about 8 to 15 min near a lot of things to do. The place was clean and they even leave you some notes of good restaurants and things to do! The only slight difficulty we had was finding parking nearby, you may have to do a couple of laps and wait for someone to leave a spot!

It was such a nice and quaint spot, the place was clean and had great amenities. There are cafes and other food spots in close proximity, 1-2 blocks away. The environment is also not too noisy. The only downside was the parking, it was a bit misleading. Usually “parking on premises” means, parking is guaranteed on the property. There is free parking on the street but it can be difficult to find a spot. Other than that it’s a great place and we would stay again.

House Rules
House is part of a duplex and shares a wall with neighbors. We work hard to be respectful to our neighbors and neighborhood. Please follow these simple rules:
1. Be a good guest
2. No partying or loud music allowed and unregistered guests may not enter the property. A $200 extra guest fee will be charged for each unregistered guest.
3. Quiet hours nightly 10pm-7am.
4. No smoking inside the house.
5. Laundry hours are 8am-10am and 3pm-8pm.
6. Check out time is strict 10am. A $50 late check out fee will apply after 10am. Any check out after 12noon that had not been prearranged will result in the above fees and an additional night charge.
7. Check-in time is 3pm. Early check-in fee will apply at $10/hour.
8. No animals, please!

House was built 100 years ago, in 1919, we have given her a facelift with the remodel. This unit does share a wall. Daily quiet hours 10pm-7am.
