This pet-friendly retreat features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (plus sofa bed), making it ideal for both small and large families. This retreat is located less than 3 miles from the vibrant heart of Downtown St. Augustine. You will have access to all the downtown attractions, including restaurants, breakfast spots, boutique shops, bars, breweries, museums, historical sites and entertainment options.

After a day of exploring downtown, indulging in delicious meals at the local restaurants, or soaking up the sun on the beaches, return to the comfort of our home to unwind and relax. “Comfortable, Clean, and Packed with Fun”

Ideal Stay for our family and dogs! The house was very clean and comfortable upon our arrival. The quiet neighborhood close to the downtown added to the charm. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips in the house - we donated our griddle and books. The collection of fun games for both kids and adults was a hit! We loved playing Sequence, UNO Flip, and Let’s Get Deeper. We had fun playing pool. We like to relax in the backyard. We were happy to borrow beach towels, cooler, and beach chairs.

Can’t Ask for More

Lovely modern, well appointed home located within easy reach of everything. Beaches galore, restaurants, groceries and shopping all within 10-20 minutes away. All the comforts of home, from dishes to bakeware, comfortable bed and furniture, a nice selection of board games for entertainment, and a couple of large screen TV’s as well. The hosts were great, quick to respond to any questions.

Highly recommend! Our family had a wonderful holiday thanks to our stay here with plenty of space in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed quality time playing games provided, playing pool and great conversations around the fire pit table. We were not far from downtown to enjoy festivities and close to restaurants and stores. Our hosts were very responsive and even ensured we had everything we needed.

To All future guests! Amazing place, felt amazing and at home!! Super cozy and fun!! The pool table is great and super fun. TV’s are very easy to navigate and they have extra towels and everything you need! The patio is wonderful and amazing !! Súper recomendable I loved it! My friends loved it and family. House Rules

No parties or events. No smoking. Do not use the premises for any illegal activities. Quiet time is after 11:00 pm. Only registered guests are allowed overnight - 8 guests MAX. Please clean up after your pets both inside and outside of the house.

Before using the BBQ grill, kindly move it three feet away from the house and fence. After use, please return it to its original location.

A fee may apply for excessive cleaning or stained linens.

Payment Policy

Short term rental agreement and pay in full via invoice. Convenience Fee will be 3.3% via Square. Security Deposit is $500-$1000 for long/mid term rental guests.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will get back 100% of the amount they have paid. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in date, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in date. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check in, they will get back 50%. No refund after that.

Hurricane cancellation: if there is a storm or hurricane, above cancellation rules apply, unless mandatory evacuation is issued. If there is a storm or hurricane during Guest's stay, no refunds will be given for nights stayed. Refund will be prorated or stay rescheduled to a future open date if available. We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance through a private company. It is Guest's responsibility to obtain and know their coverage options.

Notes

We offer a sofa bed, allowing us to accommodate up to 8 guests. If needed, we can provide bed sheets, pillows, and blankets for the sofa bed upon request.

If you choose to bring your small boat, please send us a message in advance so we can unlock the double fence dates for your backyard parking.

Cleaning fee (and pet fee if applicable) will be displayed as part of the total booking price during the review process.
