Great for a quick weekend place to stay for a wedding nearby. Ruben was an amazing host, responding quickly to questions before and during our stay. Parking was easy. Cozy place that was well-stacked with the little things you might not even think of needing. Beds were low to the ground (just in case that’s of concern to anyone) but comfortable to sleep on. Beautiful kitchen though we didn’t need to cook anything it had what you might need! Would recommend checking out Panino Rustico for yummy breakfast/lunch within a quick walk too!

Ruben’s place is just like the pictures! The kitchen is fully stocked and has a few freebies upon checking. The beds are low to ground but very comfortable and pillows as well. AC’s work great. The entire place is clean and organized. Parking was easy to find at all times. Place is quite and no issues with anyone outside. Walgreens is a few steps away from the house and a few places to eat. The yard had a lot of mosquitoes so didn’t use it and no hammock like in the pics. This is probably the only negative thing I have on this apartment. Would definitely recommend.

Ruben的房子有很大的客厅与厨房，卧室的床也很大很舒服。Ruben在厨房中准备了一些食物，这样即使是晚上很晚到达房子也不至于饿肚子。 在入住之前，我告诉Ruben我习惯于喝热水与煮东西吃，Ruben为此特意购置了新的热水壶与煮锅，让我非常的感动。 Ruben的相应速度非常快，不管是什么问题，她都会第一时间给我提供帮助。我想提前入住，Ruben早上7：30就告诉我房间已经打扫干净了，我可以随时入住。 房子周边非常的安静与美丽，距离海也很近，是一个很适合休息与散步的地方。 房子距离曼哈顿有一点远，需要先乘坐公交车再换乘地铁，但我还是很推荐这套房子，因为这里比曼哈顿更便宜而且可以休息的更好。

Enjoyed our stay very much! I am very particular when it comes to things like cleanliness. Rubens place was great! Super clean, comfortable, and felt at home. My family and I were able to walk to kings plaza mall, and enjoy the worry free time and avoid ridiculous parking fees. Parking was easy to find, neighborhood was pleasant and quiet, check and in out was pleasant. I would definitely recommend.

Polecamy pobyt w doskonale skomunikowanym i świetnie przygotowanym na przyjęcie gości apartamencie Rubena. Poza pelnym wyposażeniem mieszkania Ruben zapewnił dodatkowo wodę butelkowana, colę, srodki czystości.Mieszkanie jest przestronne, bardzo wygodna lazienka i kuchnia, wygodne sypialnie. Ruben i jego żona są bardzo sympatycznymi, pomocnymi i uprzejmym gospodarzami odpowiadającymi na prośby o pomoc. Dzięki temu pobyt w NY był bardzo udany. Chciałybyśmy przekazać im jeszcze raz podziękowania.

Looking for a Staycation/Vacation book now! Access to get in was quick and straightforward. On entry warm, welcoming, and cozy.Parking available throughout the day which is a huge plus.
