1. Toilet/Bathtub/Sink - RESIDENT shall be responsible for keeping the kitchen and bathroom drains free of things that may tend to cause clogging to the drains. RESIDENT shall pay for the cleaning out of any plumbing fixture that may need to be cleared of stoppage and for the expense or damage caused by stopping of waste pipes or overflow from bathtubs, wash basins, or sink. Additional fee if rule violated. 2. Electricity – Set temperature A/C between 71-75 F at the house and please leave the thermostat at all times in AUTO mode in order to save energy and cool the house. Changing temperature and switching from Auto to On mode will increase the electricity. 3. Floor – If guests bring some heavy bags or stuff in need of storage, we recommend storing it at the garage. Moving/sliding heavy stuff can potentially damage the wooden carpet. 4. Garage entrance - Garage does not have sensor, we recommend that you wait until gate is completely open or close and then drive toward the parking lot in order to prevent any car damage. Note: Host won’t be responsible for any damage or injuries occurred to the vehicles or individuals. 5. Pet friendly house! A non-refundable pet fee will be implemented per dog during reservation. 6. If you leave the house, please make sure to turn off all the lights. 7. By booking with us "If-House Concept", you and guests agree with all the main house manual rules described above and will be able to follow all house instructions. If rules are not followed or violated, additional fees will be included. Note: Host won’t be responsible for any damage or injuries occurred to the vehicles or individuals. 8. No smoking. $500 smoking fee if rule violated. 9. No parties allowed. 10. Photo ID required upon check-in 11. If you damage the home, you may be charged additional fees (based on the damage) - When you book this reservation, guests will take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, damages, or illnesses that occur at the "If-House" space (including open spaces such as playroom, backyard, bedrooms, dining room, and living room) 12.
