Best host and place in 2023 Would always come back as location is not close to the beach but the area is calm, you have local restaurants and markets and get easy in la zone romantica

The apartment is in convenient location. Had everything that I needed. Really easy to walk to the restaurants around the corner and shop next door. Dixon was very responsive and such a great host. Really enjoyed my stay. 5 stars!

This property is great value if you are looking for a place to spend the night while you explore the city. It was very clean and about 15-20 minutes from the Melacon. Pros- Very clean and as descibed. Host was very responsive especially when our safe could not be open due to dead batteries. Cons- We visited on the US Thanksgiving week so it was VERY loud. I was rehabing from a surgery on day 2 so really just hoped for peace and quiet. There is a corner store next door which is a hang out for locals which is great but we found 2 nights in a row a man sleeping on the ground outside the suite. He was harmless but it may make someone feel uncomfortable.

Dixon's apartment was a delightful find in a charming neighborhood! The space was spotless, providing a comforting retreat after busy days exploring Puerto Vallarta. Dixon was incredibly accommodating, offering valuable local tips that enriched my experience. Although slightly distant from Zona Romantica, the area exuded authenticity, showcasing a genuine local vibe that was refreshing. The rooftop pool, a gem, offered breathtaking views and serene relaxation, elevating my stay. And can we talk about the bed? Pure comfort! While not in the bustling center, Dixon's place offered a tranquil haven with easy access to local gems. Highly recommend for a serene and comfortable stay!

I must say that Dixon lived up to his super host status and more. He is such an attentive and friendly guy and always checked to make sure everything was ok with my check in and stay. The place was perfect for my needs. Easy access to the romantic zone but away from all the activity going on there these days. Very close to the local mercado which is great. The living area was very comfortable with a large flat screen tv. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were very modern and lovely. The bedroom was especially spacious! I did not have a chance to try the rooftop pool but look forward to that for the next trip. Everything about Dixon's place definitely exceeded my expectations. I will hopefully be back sometime very soon!

Dixton siempre estuvo al pendiente desde antes de la llegada, estuvo muy atento cosa que le preguntaba me respondia inmediatamente. El lugar esta muy agusto y cómodo. Tienen un Mercado a dos cuadras, y la alberca muy limpia. Quede muy satisfecha y me encanto todo

Getting around

A car is not needed here as you can walk to the entire downtown and beach. This building is located at the north end of the old town. Anytime you don't feel like walking, however, there's Uber. And taxis are literally everywhere and from anywhere in downtown, it's about $3 USD to the condo.
