This charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, offering cozy accommodations and plenty of amenities for a memorable getaway.

We offer 24-hour check-in with keyless entry

- NO SMOKING ALLOWED!
- Hot tubs take a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.
- All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.
- We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Year’s Day.
- All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
- Maximum of 2 dogs ($75 per stay).
-We provide a starter pack of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee/tea to get you started during your stay. For longer stays or if you require additional supplies, we kindly ask that you plan to purchase these items as needed. There is a dollar general a mile from the home.

House Rules

No loud noise after 10:00 pm. No smoking. No more than 2 dogs that have been pre approved by paying the pet fee. Do not flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. There is a $250 fine if any of these rules are broken. *We maintain a smoke-free/vape-free home and property for everyone's comfort. Please note that remediation of smoking on the property will incur a $$ charge. *Upon check out, guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, ask that you load and start the dishwasher before leaving. If these items are not done, you may incur an extra cleaning fee. You do not need to do anything else as we will wash the linens and clean everything after you leave. Please remember you are staying in someone’s home, so treat it with respect. *Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or anything like that to any of our properties. *Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy as it pertains to any cancellation, including any COVID-19 reason. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason. *Do not flush anything in the toilet besides toilet paper. Do not flush any wipes or feminine products. *No food or drink in the hot tub. *Please note we live in the mountains and you will get spiders, ants. bees, ladybugs, and other insects. Even though we stay on top of maintaining them with monthly pest control, it’s not 100 percent guaranteed that bugs won’t be around. * Once trash bins are full you can request a trash pickup during your stay but it will be an extra charge since the local trash dumps charge a fee for each time that trash is dropped off so we will charge that fee to you if requested. *Due to current fraud trends on the rise, cleaning and maintenance issues will be personally addressed in real time by our management team and remedied without the possibility of refund unless the issue is not resolvable during your stay. Please note we inspect and keep photos after every stay, you must provide pictures of any issues with appropriate date and time stamp within 24 hours after check in. For cleaning issues, these need to be reported the same day that you check in so that we can resolve the issues as soon as possible for you to ensure that you have a wonderful stay. *Parties strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the property without a refund if you break this or any other house rules on a case by case basis. *THERE WILL BE A $250+ CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BREAKING ANY OTHER HOUSE RULES!
