Couple's Cove has beautiful, unobstructed views of the lake from every window! Perfect for couples looking to get away for a relaxing, romantic weekend or friends looking for a water adventure with Music City nearby!

Enjoy the private screened-in patio with a hot tub and the private lower deck with a gas fire pit. There are plenty of places to sit back, relax and enjoy the views.

There is so much to do right here at the property: Kayak or Paddleboard with the provided free toys, sit in the hot tub with a glass of wine or coffee, play a game of pool, throw some darts, beat your friend at a game of Wii or Scrabble, relax reading a book while you listen to the boats drive by and the waves crash on the water's edge and so much more.

The property is owner-occupied. The guest suite is the entire lower level of the main house. Guests have a private contact-less entrance, private deck and private screened-in patio with a private hot tub. Enjoy your private bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and family room.

Owners are available if needed but will provide you with privacy during your stay.

Please be aware that since the property is owner-occupied, it will not be 100% quiet. We will do our best to be as quiet as possible. We do have 2 large dogs. The dogs do not have access to the backyard or the lower level so the room is pet hair/dander free! For comparison purposes, it's quieter than a hotel :). We go out of our way to be quiet while guests are here.

The guests listed on the reservation are the only 2 guests allowed on the property without prior permission. Guests must notify the host prior to any add'l daytime guests coming onto the property and they must leave by 9 pm unless mutually agreed upon.

No parties/events, no pets, and no smoking inside the rental. 2 guests max.

Stacy had all of our questions answered before we even knew we had them! She has guides on everything you would need to know from the best restaurants around to how to turn on the TV in the living room. It is definitely one of my favorite AirBnb experiences. This was my 5th or 6th stay at Couples Cove. Everytime I come I feel right at home. The linens smelled fresh and there was bottled water in the fridge. Stacy is friendly and helpful. This is truly a gem of a place.

The room was perfectly clean and laid out! Stacy was very attentive and communicated well. With the winter storm that came in she was checking on us and making sure we had a safe place to park! It was a very relaxing peaceful place. The lake was beautiful especially with the snow accumulating through the night!

We loved staying here. The home is gorgeous. The views of the lake at any time of day are spectacular. Watching the sun come up over the lake, with deer wandering and egrets fishing is truly an experience. Stacy is an amazing host. She is immediately responsive and so welcoming. We highly recommend. Stacy’s place was everything I could’ve asked for! The photos definitely don’t do it justice, it’s so beautiful and peaceful. There’s SO many deer that freely roam the neighborhood, a very cool experience to sit out back and watch them drink from the river. We came down for a concert, but didn’t want to stay downtown Nashville. Stacy’s place was only about a 35 minute drive to Nashville, yet felt like a secluded retreat. She really puts a ton of thought into all of the little details: the bottle of wine, the list of local recommendations, and games provided were perfect. She’s very communicative too which was nice. I look forward to hopefully coming back for another getaway! Note: The bed is on the firm side. Not at all a bad thing, I just know I like to see how the bed is in reviews when I book a place.

House Rules
Hello and welcome to Couple's Cove! Your rental is the entire lower level of the house. We live in the upper level but chances are you will not see us.

There will be a book on the table describing the house, the amenities, internet access and local resources.

Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Daytime guests must receive prior approval and must leave by 9pm. Daytime guests are limited as well so please let us know your intentions for any daytime guests. If you do not keep us updated of guests, we may ask you to leave which will cancel your reservation, forfeiting a refund. We appreciate this being followed as this is our house, we live here and we have children.

No pets please. No Children. Adults only.

There is no smoking allowed inside the house of any kind. We will be able to smell it. You may smoke outside and on the screened patio or the deck. There is an ashtray provided. You will lose your deposit if you smoke in the house. Please do not bring any marijuana into the home, we can smell it.

We provide all the necessary amenities to get you settled in and relaxed. There is a grocery store at the entrance to the peninsula, a short 8 minute drive, for you to replenish and pick up any items you need for the duration of your stay.

Hot tub, kayaks, paddleboard are free to use. Life jackets are available and must be worn on the lake. The life jackets are on the patio. The lake is patrolled so please bring the life jackets to prevent getting a ticket as well as for your safety.

The hot tub is located outside your door and is private for your use. We do not charge an extra fee to use the hot tub so we ask the cover be on the tub when it is not in use. If we find the cover off we will rescind the hot tub privelages. There are pool towels provided in the chest by the hot tub.

Feel free to bring your own fishing equipment. The cove has lots of fish!

You may bring your own boat and park at a marina or rent a boat nearby. There is not any extra space on our dock to park a boat so unfortunately can not bring a boat to our dock.

Quiet time is after 10pm per the city noise ordinance. You are welcomed to stay outside and enjoy the fire and hot tub after those hours, but please keep the noise to a personal level as the sound travels.
