Countess House - San Antonio

Parties are not permitted at any time. Countess House is located in a quiet neighborhood and shared boundaries with an Assisted Living community. Additionally, Leon Valley is a strict community with enforced quiet times and police will be called if noise levels are too or a party is happening.

OUTDOOR SAFETY RULES:

There is no running permitted in the pool area. Additionally, the blue paint on the Pickball Court gets very slick when wet, use caution when in that area. The back porch on the house is very slick concrete, we have put rugs down to prevent slipping, please still use caution.

No glass is permitted in the pool area. We have provided pool dishes and glasses, including plastic wine, margarita and martini glasses for the pool area. Please do not bring glass bottles or glass of any kind into the pool area. It becomes very unsafe if glass were to break.

The pool is shallow and has numerous steps; diving, jumping into, rough play and inappropriate slide use is not allowed. Slide rules are always feet first, in a sitting up right position. Any other style of going down the slide can result in injury.

Children are required to have adult supervision at all times. The pool is not gated and presents a risk for drowning.

Climbing on the roof of the pool bar or jumping from the bridge is prohibited and if done will result in immediate removal from the property.

There is a 4 foot high retaining wall in the pool area that does not have a railing. Please use caution when using the area. Watch children closely and don't drink too much, to minimize risk of falling.

When using the wood fire pit, please ensure fire has been put out or died down before leaving unattended.

When using propane fire pit, please turn off propane valve before leaving unattended.

Charcoal Grill, ensure coals have died down or been put out before leaving unattended.

Propane Grill, please turn off propane when finished using.

Outdoor quiet time is at 10pm. It is a quiet neighborhood with numerous elderly people and we ask that you honor and respect the environment.


INDOOR SAFETY RULES:

The home is multi-level and requires a lot of stair usage to get to any part of the home. The main level living room is down 2 steps. We have marked these area but ask that you please be aware when using this area.

Additionally, the tile in the home is slick when wet, please dry off before entering the home from the pool to prevent falling.

After 10pm indoors we request that you keep noise levels down and no loud music, screaming or yelling after 10pm for the sake of our neighbors.
