Amazing views from your stay ! If you love animals , this is a cool place to stay . There’s their pet horse that is right outside fenced in (sometimes ) in her space for guests to admire . House guests at their home are super friendly and overall our place we stayed was super cozy ! Definitely worth the $ and stay and close to all the towns near by !

They’re not kidding about the views. This place’s front yard view is the mountains. Beautiful farm-like stay with a friendly horse and chickens who roam. In a super cute town that has everything you need around it, and for more fun you can easily drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg within 30mins! Very close drive to so many hiking trails as well. And the cottage itself is just adorable, clean, and smells like fresh wood work! Owner is super friendly, responds quickly, and actually lives on property. Will deff visit again!

This was my first time in Tennessee and I absolutely LOVED our cottage. So spacious, yet very cozy. The location was right outside of pigeon forge and had the best cafe right down the road. I 100% will be staying here again. *beware* BUGSSSSS galore out on the patio but nothing some spray can’t help

We stayed in the little Green hous and had a tremendous view of the mountains. The room is much nicer and more spacious than pictures can do it justice to. The entrance to Smoky Mountain National Park is super close and there are some great little restaurants near Lem's property. The pool was also a huge highlight and we went swimming every day after a hike. Just such a nice visit and I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to get away and see some beautiful scenery.

Guest is responsible for any property damage incurred during stay. As everywhere else Smoking is STRICKLY forbidden. You will be charged $250 if you smoke in the room in order to wash and deodorize and remove smoke from every inch of the room. If you have any kind of special need please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Pet owners: Any pet must be preaproved by us in writing. Only one small non-shedding pet is allowed. If you have a pet there is a $100 damage protection security deposit due prior to check in if you are bringing the pet. There is a nightly $10 charge for pets. Deposit and nightly fee is due upon check-in. Pets are NEVER to be allowed on beds, sheets, blankets or comforters. Pets are to be picked up after with baggies which are to be deposited in bin for this purpose. Any property damage including but not limited to damage to furniture, soiled carpets, or soiled bed apparel will forfeit security deposit. Showing up with an unauthorized pet will forfeit your payment and no refund will be made. Owner's pool is not part of the rental agreement.
