Our home rents Saturday - Saturday with a minimum of 7 night stay in season. Off season stays require a 3 night minimum. We are a SMOKE FREE, ALLERGY FRIENDLY home with a NO PET policy. You can count on our home to be spotless clean. We have private cleaners that do a deep clean between each guest! Check out our over 60 5 star reviews. We have all beautiful new flooring, no more carpet!



You will enjoy panoramic ocean views as well as unbelievable sunsets over the Pamlico Sound and Cape Hatteras National Seashore from our home. We are located in a quiet private section of South Nags Head. With direct ocean access just steps away, this well appointed newly updated home includes hot tub, new salt water in ground pool, new furnishings, flat screen tv's in every bedroom, lots of decks, close to new Jennettes Pier, restaurants and shopping. 4 large bedrooms 3 full baths, 1 king suite, 1 queen suite, 1 bedroom w/ two queens, 1 bedroom w/ two doubles. Two bedrooms are master suites with private baths and decks. We are located in a quiet neighborhood that backs up to the Cape Hatteras National Seashore and Pamlico Sound. Perfect location for bike riding, walking, water sports, best restaurants in the area for fresh seafood; close to fishing piers and Jockeys Ridge, Fish Heads Bar and Restaurant on the Pier and more. Ocean and sound views. Private salt water pool and hot tub will provide the family great entertainment. Free WIFI, free long distance, office space on first floor with printer and fax for your convenience.

Housekeeping and Maintenance

Our home is professionally cleaned between guests by a private cleaner, so you'll always find your rental in tip-top shape. If there are issues with your vacation rental, our full-time maintenance staff will work on them immediately. We are disinfecting our home between guests and spending extra time cleaning to be sure our home is spotless and clean for our guests.

Wonderful stay
We had a great time staying here for a wedding in OBX. The house was very well stocked with things we needed, and even included a pack and play for our new baby. We enjoyed the hot tub and spending time on the deck. Would definitely book again. The owners were very kind and responsive when booking. Thanks for everything!

House was not the cleanest. Floors were sticky. Dish washer had a piece that seemed to be melted so we would not use. Had a toilet spring a leak from the handle so we’re without that for two of the days (but owner was very quick t respond)Should have checked beach areas as there was not much actual beach in this area due to storms and eroding

Response:For the past 10 years and over 200 guest stays, we have received nothing but 5 STAR Reviews. I am sorry your stay was during a bad weather period with lots of wind and rain , and the beaches were suffering from erosion due to a Coastal Noreaster. When you reported to me that your family had broken the toilet tank it was leaking I arrived immediately to clean up the water and assess the damage.... and when the dishwasher wheels were knocked off and melted inside the dishwasher, we responded immediately to try to resolve the issues. Unfortunately your stay was only 3 days that did not allow enough time for a toilet to be purchased and replaced and a replacement dishwasher basket to be ordered due to the damage. We do have 3 toilets in the house so hopefully that was not a great inconvenience. Our cleaning crew is the best on the beach and receives nothing but 5 STAR Reviews. I am sure if there was anything sticky on the floors it must have been accidentally tracked in from outside at your check in. We do a deep clean of our home between each of our guests as well as multiple inspections prior to check in. We inspect our homes before each guests checks in and pride ourselves on providing an exceptional rental for our guests. For over 10 years and more than 200 stays we have had nothing but 5 STAR REVIEWS.

Great location
We loved the area close to everything but yet in a quiet neighborhood. Great for jogging, walking riding bikes. Close to the beach which was not crowded at all. Pool was nice. Owners were always quick to answer our texts and calls. Would definitely return if back in the area.

Great vacation!
We so enjoyed our stay here! Property was clean, comfortable and great location! So many extra were left such as toilet paper, garbage bags, soaps, laundry detergent, etc. Close to restaurants and grocery stores, but far enough away that the beaches were not crowded. We even were able to access the property earlier than expected. Nelene was great to deal with. Would definately rent again!

Great location for families
We stayed at the house during the 2023 winter holidays (December 23-30) and had a blast. The house was spacious, clean, well-organized, and generally well stocked. Guests included my spouse and me, our kids (ages 12), and two sets of in-laws. Things we loved about the property: - Spacious living room with plenty of seating and great ocean views. - Separate sunroom for reading or getting some space from family. - Highly functional kitchen with recently upgraded counters and appliances. - Ideal location (5 minute walk to the beach, less than one block from Cape Hatteras National Seashore, 10 minutes to grocery store and other shops). - Precise climate control. No problems with heat or air. - Plenty of towels and sheets provided as promised. - Well stocked with dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and started toilet paper. A few minor areas for improvement; - Property manager had our check-in date incorrect. House was ready, but we had to call to obtain the access code. - A few kitchen items were broken or non-functional (e.g., coffee carafe had crack in the bottom, kitchen scissors were very dull). - Check-out instructions posted on the fridge were slightly outdated and didn't match digital instructions. Overall, we had a terrific stay and would definitely reserve this property again if visiting the Outer Banks!

Beautiful views, spacious and everything you need
The layout of this property is perfect for family or friends vacation. Spacious open common areas as well as a beautiful sunroom for reading, working or just enjoying the peace. Beautiful views from the wrap around deck. A great place for morning coffee, evening cocktails and watching the sunrise. Kitchen is fully equipped and we love to cook. They had everything we needed and then some. Beds are comfortable and everyone slept well. Rules of the house were outlined clearly and property management checked in with me at the beginning and end of our trip. Very friendly yet professional. Our family truly loved this property. So close to the beach access and beautiful pool on site. We highly recommend!

Things we loved about the property: - Spacious living room with plenty of seating and great ocean views. - Separate sunroom for reading or getting some space from family. - Highly functional kitchen with recently upgraded counters and appliances. - Ideal location (5 minute walk to the beach, less than one block from Cape Hatteras National Seashore, 10 minutes to grocery store and other shops). - Precise climate control. No problems with heat or air. - Plenty of towels and sheets provided as promised. - Well stocked with dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and started toilet paper. A few minor areas for improvement; - Property manager had our check-in date incorrect. House was ready, but we had to call to obtain the access code. - A few kitchen items were broken or non-functional (e.g., coffee carafe had crack in the bottom, kitchen scissors were very dull). - Check-out instructions posted on the fridge were slightly outdated and didn't match digital instructions. Overall, we had a terrific stay and would definitely reserve this property again if visiting the Outer Banks!

Great House & Location

House was clean and location was great. We went in early October and weather was perfect. The house is close enough to restaurants and shopping but far enough away from those things to feel quiet and relaxing. Would stay again if we come back to OBX!

Beautiful views, spacious and everything you need

The layout of this property is perfect for family or friends vacation. Spacious open common areas as well as a beautiful sunroom for reading, working or just enjoying the peace. Beautiful views from the wrap around deck. A great place for morning coffee, evening cocktails and watching the sunrise. Kitchen is fully equipped and we love to cook. They had everything we needed and then some. Beds are comfortable and everyone slept well. Rules of the house were outlined clearly and property management checked in with me at the beginning and end of our trip. Very friendly yet professional. Our family truly loved this property. So close to the beach access and beautiful pool on site. We highly recommend!
