Cosy 3-Room Apartment in Heidelberg Rohrbach - Heidelberg

RENTAL CONTRACT
By booking you and all booked guests agree to be bound by these terms. Please inform all other guests about these house rules. Feel free to ask questions!
► Sound carries in our house. We provide rubber-soled slippers, PLEASE use them always in the flat.
► Each guest must fill in and sign a legal registration form upon arrival.
►No unconfirmed guests – night or day. Failure results in eviction from premises without refund or - at our own discretion - 50 Euros surcharge per day for each unconfirmed guest.
► No noisy activities at all times, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Sundays and holidays.
► Shower until 11 p.m. or in the morning unless you come home later. Please let us know if this is the case.
► Guests are liable for all damages caused during their stay including illegal Internet use.
► Please consult with us for check-in time at the latest 2 days before arrival and for check-out at the latest 1 day before departure. Latest check-out time is 12:00 (noon), no self-check-out!
► Always lock the flat with your key.
► Switch off the lights when not in use, turn down heating before going out and at night, open windows only 10 minutes when heating turned on, close windows before going out.
► Please do not heat in excess! Ideal room temperature is 19 to 22 degrees Celsius and limited to 22 degrees due to exploding energy prices.
► Let in fresh air at least twice per day for about 10 minutes, especially in bedrooms and after cooking.
► Leave the bathroom door open after showering.
►No peeing while standing (please sit down)
► Trash separation (explained upon arrival) is obligatory.
► We provide basic amenities like toilet paper, shampoo, coffee, oil, etc. for the first few days to get you settled. After that, you are on your own since this is not a serviced room/apartment.
► oven not listed as an amenity and only activated after payment of a cleaning deposit of 100 Euros)


Additonal rules for stays of 1 week or longer:

► Please clean up after yourself.
► At the end of your stay, we expect the flat to be handed over in fully cleaned state, including taking out all trashes. Otherwise, we wil invoice the time needed for cleaning.
Please keep this in mind at the end of your stay.
►Due to exploding energy prices, for discounted stays of 1 week or longer. room temperature is limited to 22 degrees Celcius from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and to 18 degrees Celcius from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
►Please note that if you register your domicile with the city of Heidelberg, you will be billed a personal TV/radio/smartphone licence fee (Rundfunkbeitrag) of currently 18.36 Euros per month to be paid by you. This fee is not included in the rental price.

Additional rules for long-term stays of 28 days or longer:

►safety deposit of 1 monthly rent
