Cosmos Villa is your perfect Florida Home. It is securely located in the beautiful, gated community of Watersong conveniently positioned to give guests access to some of the most exciting leisure activities in the world from amusement parks to shopping, golf, fishing, and much, much more.



After a hectic day out, come back to your vacation villa to rest and relax ready for action the next day or have some family fun and competitiveness in the games room where you can challenge each other to games of pool, air hockey, or darts.



Alternatively relax by the large, south-facing, heated pool or in the spa soaking up some sun. When the sun goes down, turn on the underwater lights and enjoy a night-time swim. There are no houses at the back overlooking our villa for that added feeling of privacy and relaxation.



The whole outside area is screened to prevent bugs entering the pool area to spoil your enjoyment. The large lanai is cooled by a ceiling fan and provides ample room for relaxation and dining. The pool deck is equipped with table, chairs, and loungers. For guests with mobility issues, there is a handrail installed to aid access into the spa.



The villa boasts four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The Master bedroom is a large and roomy space fitted with a US king-size bed. It is also equipped with a large couch and Smart TV with access to subscription services.



Bedroom 2 is also equipped with a US king-size bed and TV enhanced with a Roku box for watching cable channels and subscription services.



Bedroom 3 is a room ideally suited for children. It is fitted with a single bed and two bunk-beds. Upstairs is completed by a spacious seating area with a TV and games console. Perfect for the kids to play on while waiting for grown-ups to finish getting ready/making meals.



Downstairs is Bedroom 4, which is equipped with two Twin (single) beds that can be configured as separate beds or a Queen-size bed depending on guest preference. This bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the downstairs hallway. This bedroom, outfitted with a TV and Roku box, is ideal for any guests with mobility issues.



The villa also boosts multiple options for entertainment with a large Smart TV (with cable) and a Blu-ray player in the living area. The villa has a selection of DVDs, games, and books for guests to enjoy.



The fully fitted kitchen provides everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal, with a microwave, range cooker and fridge-freezer. Enjoy chilled and filtered water or two types of ice from the inbuilt ice-dispenser.



The villa comes with free Wi-Fi and telephone, laundry facilities including a washer, a dryer, ironing board, and iron. The entire property is air-conditioned with independent controls for upstairs and downstairs to ensure maximum comfort at all times. There is also off-street parking for two cars. For added convenience, at Cosmos Villa you never have to worry about missing trash pickup. All our guests get complementary valet trash service. Whatever you are doing, your bins will be out ready for collection.



For the comfort of all guests our home is non-smoking, this includes e-cigarettes and vaping.

This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.
