La Cordée residence has been completely revamped after 2 years of works and includes very luxury wellness center with pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, fitness equipments and climbing wall. This is accessible between 10am and 9pm everyday all year long. It's located in the residential area "Les Praz" in Chamonix at 2km from city center (20' walk along the river or 5' by car).
You will also find in the building common spaces right below the apartment with a snooker, a babyfoot and a fireplace. This is free access, you just need to use the access card after opening hours (between 6pm and 8am). With the same access card you also have access to the ski room and the garage.
The apartment itself is composed of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 6 people. it's very well equipped and beautifully decorated to feel cozy and at home!
Description of the apartment
Apartment located on first floor of the main building.
Living room / living room / open kitchen very well equipped with oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine. Self-service dryer in the residence.

With two balconies, a view of Mont Blanc and the other Brévent-Flégère and all modern comforts, you can ski in winter and hike in summer.
Underground parking and elevator to the apartment
Apartment is 800 meters from the Flégère lift. During winter vacation, there is a shuttle in front of residence that takes you to the lift every 20 minutes.
15-20 minute walk from the center.
Bus stop at 150m (line 1) to go to Brevent or in the center, shuttle to go to Flegere in high winter season in front of the residence. 5 minutes walk from golf and tennis.

The apartment is located in a Residence with common areas at disposal of the guests. The following rules apply to the Residence: For guest's information, SPA and other common areas are under video-surveillance 24hrs.
Noise pollution
Everyone must ensure the tranquillity of the residence and as such must not disturb their neighbours with noises of any origin whatsoever (sound equipment, musical instruments, appliances, tools, use of rubbish disposal units, unnecessary sounds from doors, chairs, heels, ski boots and so on) both in the communal and private areas.
Elevators
Instructions and safety rules must be observed. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Doors must not be forced. It is forbidden to smoke or leave rubbish in the elevators. In the event of a thunderstorm the use of the elevators is not recommended
Children's outdoor play area
The play area is reserved for children aged 1 to 12 years under the supervision and responsibility of an adult. The user is obliged to use the equipment according to its intended use and to ensure that it is not damaged. The user is obliged to respect the cleanliness of the play area. Any rubbish must be placed in the bins provided for this purpose. The play area is prohibited to: • Motor vehicles. • Pets It is forbidden to: • Smoke in the play area. • Enter the play area with bottles of alcohol. • Damage trees, shrubs, plants and flowers.
Indoor children's play area
The children's indoor play area is reserved for children aged 1 to 12 years, under the supervision and responsibility of an adult. The user is obliged to use the equipment according to its intended use and to ensure that it is not damaged. The Television: Use of the television is at the discretion of the concierge. The TV can be used to broadcast children's programs. The sound volume must be of a level so as not to cause inconvenience to other people using the play area.
Reception area
The reception room is divided into several areas: • Games: billiards, table tennis etc. • Video: film, TV • Relaxation, reading, library • Fireplace The use of these areas of conviviality and relaxation are reserved for the coowners, their family, tenants and authorised users. The use of this reception room requires general courtesy and respect to others and is governed by the present regulations, which are binding. Appropriate attire must be worn. Games in this area must not cause crowds or noise disturbances that could bother the other users in this area. The user is obliged to use the equipment according to its intended purpose and to ensure that it is not damaged.
Swimming pool and spa - general rules
The maximum capacity for the swimming pool at any one time is 20 people. The maximum capacity for the spa at any one time is 8 people. Users of the spa are permitted to stay in the spa for a maximum of 20 minutes at one time. Use of the spa is under the responsibility of the user. In case of damage to the equipment or damages caused by use of soaps in the spa, repairs of the damages will be the financial responsibility of the user. Sun creams and oils are strictly prohibited in the spa. Beware of drowning. The heat increases the effects of medication and alcohol, which could lead to loss of consciousness. Get out immediately if you feel tired or sleepy. Spa use is not without consequences to one’s health. We urge users to exercise caution and understand the risks by talking to a physician prior to using the spa. The use of a spa during pregnancy can be detrimental to the foetus. If you have any health problems (cardiovascular problems, diabetes, obesity, etc.) we strongly recommend you ask your physician for advice before using the spa. It is imperative that all users read the rules and regulations before accessing the facilities. The users are obliged to respect the regulations required prior to entering the swimming pool or spa, (obligatory shower or footbath including for strollers/wheeled objects) and to be barefoot throughout the facilities. Users must be responsible, civil and respectful to other users, managers or staff at all times so as to create a pleasant and harmonious experience for all. Any person making sexist, incorrect, racist or religious remarks will be excluded from the facilities. Users should avoid any waste of water resources. As a last resort, the managers will take all necessary decisions in order to restore order.
Swimming pool and spa. It is forbidden:
• To stay in the pool outside the opening hours • To use the pool if you do not know how to swim • To smoke in the pool and spa area • To spit, urinate, throw paper, chew gum, eat or drink • To push, run, play violent games, or play with balls • To somersault into the water • To use inflatable boats or objects • To use any objects and/or equipment that may affect the safety and tranquillity of other users • To possess or consume alcohol and other substances prohibited by law, • To possess sharp objects of any form • For children under the age of twelve years unless they are accompanied by a responsible person • For persons with skin lesions without a medical certificate • For persons who are inebriated or under the influence of drugs • For animals.
Swimming pool and spa – dress code:
Persons dressed other than for swimming are not permitted near the pool. Bathing suits are required in the pool area. The wearing of a one-piece or twopiece swimsuit for ladies is compulsory; women are not permitted to go topless. Diving equipment (wet suits, masks, flippers, snorkels, oxygen tanks, etc.) is prohibited. Swimming goggles are allowed. Nudity is prohibited and will be sanctioned by filing a complaint with the competent authorities. The managers reserve the right to temporarily modify the hours and usage of this area in case of any incidents, accidents or maintenance. Children under 16 years of age are not allowed. Children aged 16 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The wellness area is a relaxation area, we therefore ask you to respect the calm and discretion required. It is forbidden: • To eat, drink, and smoke in the wellness area • To enter the area in outdoor shoes: disposable slippers are available at the entrance • To use radios, mobile phones, cameras and video/camcorders • To be naked Rules of hygiene in the hammam and spa: • Shower prior to going into the hammam or sauna • Bathing suits must be worn at all times • Good behaviour and attitude is mandatory • Sun creams and oils are prohibited • Access is forbidden to persons with skin lesions unless they provide a certificate stating that their injuries present no risk of contagion The concierge is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the technical parts of the hammam and the sauna. The managers reserve the right to exclude and prohibit entry into the wellness area to any person whose behaviour would be contrary to these rules.
Rules for use of the sauna and hammam
The sauna and hammam are limited to a maximum of 6 people. For hygiene reasons you must always sit on a towel. It is forbidden to modify or adjust the settings, which have been made by the managers. Recommended use of the sauna and / or hammam is two or three sessions of 8 to 12 minutes interspersed with a shower and time to rest, relax and freshen up. On leaving it is recommended you drink plenty of water. Consumption of alcohol is strongly discouraged
Fitness centre
Access to this room and the equipment it contains is strictly forbidden to minors unless accompanied by a responsible adult. The use of this room is governed by the present regulations, which are binding, as well as the rules of use, courtesy, respect for others and sportsmanship. Every user of the room must be dressed decently and in sportswear. All outfits must be suitable for the use of each particular workout/apparatus. Ties, belts or scarves and, more generally, any garment or article which could get caught in any apparatus are prohibited. All sports shoes must be suitable, non-slip and clean. Before using any of the apparatus, each user must, under their own responsibility: Use of the apparatus is at the sole responsibility of the user, with no specific supervision in the room. Every piece of apparatus must be dried and, if necessary, cleaned by its user in such a way as to allow normal use to the person using it next. Dirt, damages or deterioration, even minor, will be borne by the person responsible for it. Each user must bring and use a clean towel so as to avoid leaving sweat or marks on the apparatus. Users are requested to leave their belongings either in their own apartment or in the locker room. In any case, the personal effects of each user will be under their sole responsibility, wherever they store them. The bars of the "free weights" must be unloaded after use and must be stored, along with their weights, on the racks. Where there could be the possibility of long waiting times for apparatus it is recommended that you take turns in using this apparatus with other users. During peak periods, the use of cardio-training equipment is limited to 15 minutes. The use of batons, and the performance of gymnastics are forbidden in the room. Smoking is prohibited.
Climbing room
Access to this room and the equipment it contains is strictly forbidden to minors unless accompanied by a responsible adult. Access is restricted to owners and authorised users. Every user of the room must be dressed decently and in sportswear. The climbing wall is used for climbing, as well as physical or educational activities directly related to the practice of climbing. Climbing on a climbing wall leads to risks of falling on to safety mats. Every climber must be aware of the risks taken. Only climbing shoes or sports shoes are permitted beyond the entrance door of the room. The practice is carried out under the exclusive responsibility of the user, with no specific supervision being provided in the room. It is advisable not to practice alone so that in the event of an accident the rescue services can be contacted as soon as possible. It is forbidden to: • Linger on the safety mats under the climbing wall • Modify or move safety equipment and holds during climbing sessions • Climb barefoot • Use powdered chalk. Only chalk balls, rosin and liquid chalk are permitted
