Coral Breeze is a family friendly home just 5 minutes from the beach or bay.
It is located on the west end of Galveston Island in the Sea Isle subdivision. It has something for everyone! Spend your days cruising the bay, fishing, strolling along the sand, visiting attractions in nearby Galveston. Then head back home to grill up your catch of the day!
***** The Space *****
With a large fenced in yard, it is perfect for kids or your furry friends to run around. There is a charcoal grill (charcoal NOT provided), private outdoor shower and a picnic table perfectly situated in the shade on the ground floor for comfort.
Upstairs on the main floor is a large wrap around deck. A perfect place to wind down with a glass of wine in the evening and watch the sunset! Also perfect for dining alfresco in the evening breeze.
This home has an open living, kitchen and dining area. There is ample seating for everyone to relax! It can seat eight comfortably around the flat screen TV with a Blu-ray player in the living area.
Dining table comfortably seats eight as well, plus there are four chairs surrounding the bar area in the kitchen. There is ample room for cooking large family meals in the kitchen. We also include an assortment of board games in the home for entertainment.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master has a queen bed and a private shower. Second bedrooms has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a twin over a full bunk with a twin trundle. The second bath has a shower/tub combo.
***** The Neighborhood *****
Situated on the west end of Galveston Island, this beautiful home is in the Sea Isle community. You'll have amenities a short drive away on Termini-San Luis Pass Road, and the city of Galveston about 20 miles up the island.
Enjoy an array of water sports, from fishing in the West Bay just out from the canal to endless boating and swimming activities.
Plus, enjoy the convenience of the nearby store and bait camp for all your essentials, including fishing licenses and gear needs.
A neighborhood restaurant is within walking distance, plus the beach is only a short (.3 mile) walk away!
The Sea Isle community has a community swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis courts available during the summer months, where you'll have a place to take the kiddos swimming, enjoy a revitalizing dip, or relax in the hot tub. Please let us know if you are wanting to use the community pool. A pool pass is required and that is a separate charge.
***** Getting Around *****
While you can easily access the beach and any other local attractions with your car, there are also golf cart rentals nearby if you’d prefer. The beach is close enough to get to via flip-flops!

Dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per dog (limit 2 and to 25 lbs each unless otherwise discussed ). Please let us know before you book so we can add the extra charge.
Please clean up after your pets.
If pets are found and not declared, you will forfeit your security deposit.
Booking guest must be 25 years of age and supply a photo copy of their drivers license to complete the booking.
For our guests’ protection, we no longer allow portable BBQ pits, fire pits or any open flame devices on the deck above. There is a charcoal grill in the yard for your use. Please bring your own supplies including charcoal.
Do NOT smoke or vape in the house or on the upper deck.
Smoking or vaping is allowed outside and DOWNSTAIRS ONLY!
NO FIREWORKS allowed.
No refunds will be issued for poor weather.
There are security camera's on the property. Tampering with any security camera or smoke alarms is cause for immediate eviction with no refund.

Just press the name "Schlage" part of the lock and then enter your code. The door will automatically unlock for you.
For your protection we no longer allow portable BBQ pits, fire pits or any open flame devices under the house or on the deck above. There is a charcoal grill in the yard for your use. Please bring your own supplies.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the house or on the upper deck. Smoking is permitted downstairs only, all we ask is you clean up and dispose of the the butts properly.
Parking is limited to 4 cars. Do not block or park on any neighboring property.
Please look over the house rules upon entering and if you have any questions during your stay just let us know!

PARKING: Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in driveway directly in front of home. Do not block or park on any neighboring property. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
GARBAGE: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage receptacle, located under the home. Monday is garbage pickup day, please take the trash cans out Sunday night to the street. If you have continued stay at the home during this time, please bring trash can back in.
SURVELIENCE: This home has live security cameras. We do not record when guests are staying but we will periodically check to see how many vehicles are parked at property, and also to see if there are undocumented pets on property. Tampering with any security camera is cause for immediate eviction with no refund. We do our best to respect your privacy, so please respect all the house rules.
1. People other than those in the guest party may not stay overnight at the property. Any other person at the property is the sole responsibility of the paying guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the rental agreement.
2. PETS are permitted only with prior approval. Please let us know if you plan on bringing more than one pet. The Pet Fee is per Pet. If pets are found and not declared, you will forfeit your security deposit.
3. Smoking or vaping is allowed outside and downstairs only. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. Do not smoke on upper deck.
4. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.
5. All of the units are privately owned; the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
6. A Charcoal Grill is in the yard for your use. It is the guest’s responsibility to clean grill and properly dispose of the ash properly after each use. Please bring your own supplies.
7. No grills or other portable heating/fire devices are allowed under the house or on the upper deck of property.
8. Pier key and boat ramp key are provided with rental. Loss of keys will incur a deduction of $100 for pier key and $100 for boat ramp key from your security deposit.
9. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Any damages not reported upon check-in will be deducted from security deposit. Do not re-arrange furniture.
10. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
11. There may be assorted beach towels at the house, but it is strongly suggested that you bring your own. White bath towels are not allowed to be brought down to the beach or be used to clean the grill.
12. No tents are allowed on the property.
Storms:
If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
• The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area"
• A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
▪Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is currently registered.
▪Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted.
▪Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
