Perfect space for families and for gathering to enjoy Lake Lanier! Our family's home is all about family & friends getting together and having fun. The spaces in the home are very socially engaging. Take a short 1-minute walk (100 yards on a moderate slope to the dock) to the lake in our quiet cove and go for an evening canoe. It's pretty special. Bring your own boat and tie up at the dock if you prefer. The home has amazingly fast internet, streaming media on the televisions, SONOS whole home audio system, games for the entire family, gas grill, multiple decks to enjoy the setting by the lake, pool table, and a kitchen that is very well appointed. At Lanier Vacation Rentals, our goal is to provide a 5-star experience beyond anything you would expect. As an added benefit, Lanier Vacation Rentals has partnered with a local pontoon boat company. This was the perfect woodsy Lake House for a moms getaway weekend. Very roomy and comfortable, well stocked and we were greeted with a sweet array of treats and healthy snacks. Decks were beautiful and we spent a lot of time outdoors. Tons of gathering spaces, comfortable beds. We had zero complaints and would definitely come back!! Hosts were extremely friendly and responsive. The driveway is quite steep and may not be the greatest for elderly guests but this is a very hilly area and to be expected. Beautiful home and area!

Scott and Kelly are awesome. The house was immaculate. We absolutely loved the home. Our favourite part was the covered outdoor patio with the tv. They were so quick to respond if we had any questions at all. Would love to stay here in the future again.

We stayed in this gorgeous home for a few nights with two other families. We have 6 kids 4 and under between us and this was a perfect place for us. They had everything we needed including age appropriate toys, books and a pack n play. Scott was amazing with communication and was always available if we had any questions. The lake is right nearby but not so close we worried about the kids wandering down there. This place is more amazing in person than the pictures. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lake get away!

We really enjoyed the dual sided fireplace and sound system and super fast Internet. 3 of our guest needed to work from home one day and it worked perfectly. Beds are very comfortable with full baths in each bedroom. The view is beautiful in the back with large windows. We were very pleased. I would recommend this home. Great communication with the owners. 5 stars

Scott N Kelly’s place is so serene and comfortable. We enjoyed the time spent there with our family and the home has something for all ages, toys, games, books, and more! We were driving a 2 wheel drive truck which made the driveway a challenge but we parked at the top and it was fine.
