If you're looking for a quiet, private Central Coast base for everything from a wine tour to a beach day, you've come to the right place! From the moment you park in the private driveway and enter the home using the keyless entry, you will feel like it's your home away from home with a contemporary setting including a comfortable living and dining area, chef's kitchen, and 3 beautiful spacious bedrooms. Plenty of home to spread out for families or couples traveling for a wine weekend of fun.Our home is 2100 square feet of living space with the main living space upstairs. The home has been designed to be your private home away from home with 3 bedrooms and 4 baths. Every bedroom has a smart TV and thoughtful touches such as luggage racks and dressers to make yourself at home as well as extended wifi throughout.



The kitchen is well-stocked and ready for your vacation creations - anything from a gourmet dinner to takeout from one of our spectacular area restaurants.



The backyard is a private oasis where you can fire up the barbeque, or just chill around the firepit and sample your favorite winery, brewery or distillery finds.



When you're ready to explore, everything is convenient and close. Historic downtown Templeton is a 5 minute walk. Downtown Paso Robles and Atascadero are 6-8 minute drives, as are some of the areas finest wineries, breweries and distilleries. San Luis Obispo is a 25-30 minute drive and Morro Bay is just 22 miles away.



Your furry family members are welcome for an extra fee. We have a pet relief area and provide poop bags as well. They'll love it here as much as you will.

Kasia was so helpful and the house was exactly as advertised. She checked in multiple times during the week to ensure our stay was everything we hoped it would be. The extra touches in the house, along with a wonderfully stocked kitchen, was more than we could have hoped for. I will stay here again and recommend this to anyone headed to the Paso Robles area as the house was clean, cozy and welcoming from the moment you walked in. Kasia-Gary’s place exceeded my expectations. They are very responsive to messages and checked to make sure everything was going well during our stay. The home is warm, welcoming and very clean. They paid attention to every detail from blow dryers, extra pillows and blankets to a fully stocked kitchen! Their beds were the MOST comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on at an AirBnb. Our fur baby enjoyed the secure yard and large pet relief area. On Saturdays there’s a wonderful farmers market that’s an easy two block walk away. The rental is an easy 25 min drive to San Luis Obispo and Pismo Beach. Downtown Templeton is two minutes away and have some great restaurants! Thank you Kasia-Gary for the wonderful accommodations!

Kasia and Gary's home is fantastic for friends to gather and enjoy the Paso area. The three rooms were perfect for our three couples. The coded lock made it easy for everyone to get in and out w/o fumbling for keys. We hung out in the large and well stocked kitchen, lounged watched tv in the comfortable family room and played some lively poker around the big dining table. Kasia and Gary were very responsive and helpful during our stay. And we can attest that the home is water tight as we had some atmospheric-river rain over the course of two nights. Will definitely look to stay again next time we visit Paso!

This property delivered on all expectations and more. It was very well stocked with utensils, pots, pans etc. The home guide was clear and quite useful! And the BBQ was put to great use. We liked the outdoor patio although we did not use it so much as it was pretty cold. Kasia and Gary were proactive in their communications which was greatly appreciated. Would love to stay again in spring or early summer.

The property looks even nicer in person than in the already stellar photos. We made two big meals over the weekend and found the kitchen to be perfectly fitted with everything we needed. The outdoor grill and space were a huge plus. On top of all of that, we brought our little pup along and he had treats, bed and bowls waiting for him!

We hope you enjoy your stay and appreciate you taking note of the House Rules.

No smoking of any kind inside the house. An incremental cleaning fee of $350 will be charged if the house needs excess cleaning due to smoke.
No weapons, firearms, hazardous materials, or fireworks.
No parties or events
Limit noise between 10pm and 7am daily.
No alcohol consumption by anyone under the age of 21
No illegal drugs permitted onsite.
We allow dogs only but please limit to two. We do not allow cats or other types of pets including reptiles or birds. Please pick up after your pet, we provide poop bags in the kitchen and a pet relief area outside. Dispose of poop bags in black trash bin downstairs by garage.
If bringing a dog, please kindly bring a sheet or blanket for furniture.
If extra cleaning is required due to pet damage or accidents, an extra cleaning charge of $350 will be collected. Please notify us if there are any pet accidents so our cleanings can clean it.
Please do not move the furniture around and / or do not take indoor furniture outside.

Cancel within 7 days - 50% refund less any credit card processing fees incurred

Notes
Thank you for booking! We hope you have a wonderful trip. We have a few house rules we ask all guests to follow and by booking with us you agree to the following:

No smoking or vaping, no drugs, firearms, hazardous materials, candles or fireworks.
Please limit noise between 10pm and 7am daily.
No parties, guest occupancy is 6, no alcohol consumption by anyone under the age of 21.
Please do not re-arrange the furniture, especially the dining table as it is heavy. Do not move inside furniture outside-- any damages will be charged to the guest.
We limit dogs to two per stay. Please pick up after your pet, poop bags are in the kitchen. Please cover furniture if your dog is on it. Please do not leave dogs unattended and uncrated while you are out. Any damages caused by pets will incur a minimum of $350 for extra cleaning.
Please provide all guest names prior to check in.

The check in information will be emailed to you one day prior to check in.
Agreement to the house rules and payment are required before check in. If it is not returned signed prior to check in, the check in details will not be provided.
