Room is 247 square feet with hardwood floors, 2 windows looking out to our beautiful property, and king size bed.

There is a private bathroom with tub, shower and double sinks.

The room has a 24" HD TV with Direct TV and DVR. Select plan with HBO, STARZ and local channels.

Room has mini refrigerator. If you need more space you can store food/drinks in the refrigerator in the kitchen or the extra freezer in the laundry room.

Room has a ceiling fan and a desk with chair.

We provide a continental breakfast with seasonal fruit, pastries, bagels, english muffins, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, milk and juice. You also have use of our kitchen and can make farm fresh eggs.

“Fabous place to stay”
Great place to stay. Owners are awesome, so welcoming. They are so knowledgeable about all aspects of the farm and the animals. Take you on tours to see all the animals which include chickens, goats, guineas, horses cow, donkeys, cat, dogs, and hummingbirds. The room was great. Comfortable. Nicely decorated. Had mini fridge. Whole house was nice. Great sitting out on porch in the evening.

My mommom and I had an amazing time at Jimmy and Eric's place! They were extremely hospitable and the experience was very relaxing. The bed was ridiculously comfortable and everything was so clean and well laid out. We really enjoyed meeting the pups, kitty, and of course the goats! They had a fresh pot of coffee available for us every morning as well as a variety of breakfast staples to choose from. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch with our coffees and watching the humming birds fly around the feeder. The directions were perfect, it was very easy to get to, and you're surrounded by nothing but countryside making it so quiet and relaxing I swear I had the best sleep I've had in a while. Thank you for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Jimmy and Eric were very generous and accommodating hosts, and I liked having the opportunity to spend time with them. The space was very nice, comfortable, and well-prepared. I had plenty of privacy. The land was beautiful, and Eric willingly gave a great tour of the farm, which I was glad I went on. Overall, great accommodations and great hospitality.

Jimmy's place is a working farm. Our room was very comfortable and the private bathroom was clean. Walking into the kitchen the next morning to fix our breakfast was much like home. Next, the visit to the pasture to see the new kids and the donkeys was a delight. And, the dogs - they were precious.

Eric and I are a gay married couple of 25+ years. We live in the country on a working farm/ranch. We live here with our three dogs, horses, donkeys, goats cow and chickens. I grew up in the city but have embraced the country life. From our home on a clear night you can see the stars like never before. You can hear the quiet and night sounds that so many take for granted. We have found that our hospitality makes up for the location. Our house has a septic system. Please do not flush anything (diapers, tampones, paper towels, etc.) down the toilets. Please use the toilet paper provided which is septic friendly.

Please do not pour oil down the drains. We have an oil bin to dispose of used cooking oil.

Please scrape food particles into trash can. Do not put them down drains.

When showering place shower curtain inside bathtub so water does not accumulate on floors.

Please limit showers to 10-15 minutes.

We live on a farm with chickens, goats, horses, donkeys, dogs and cats. Please respect our livestock and pets.

There is no smoking in the house. Smoking is permitted on the front porch or the back porch. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

No drug use on the property.

There are several gates throughout the property. If a gate is closed, please close it when you go through it. This will keep the livestock in their areas.

If you want to hunt or fish on the property you will need a valid Texas Hunting and Fishing License.Not suitable for infants (under 2 years). No parties or events. Check-in is 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM

We do not allow pets.

Cancelation Policy for Stays booked directly with Constantino Farms: The guest can cancel 14 days before arrival. A 5% Cancellation Fee will be assessed to cover credit card processing fees. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

We rent out three rooms in our home. Two rooms share a bathroom. One room has an ensuite. All rooms have ceiling fans, desk with chair, mini-refrigerators and TV. You will have use of the modern kitchen which is equipped with an oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. We also provide cups and plates, pots and pans, and utensils. You are free to socialize with us in the living room. You can sit on the front or back porches and observe our animals, our neighbors' animals or local wildlife. You have use of our washer and dryer. We have wifi available thru the entire house. There is satellite TV with Directv with select plan, HBO, STARZ and local channels in every room and the living room. We have a Sprint cell tower in the house so Sprint service is available. Other cell services may or may not work. You can also use out landline. We have pastures and a barn available for horses and other livestock. Parking is available for trailers. We have exterior security cameras at each entrance. We are a gay married couple of 24 years and both work outside the home. We have 4 inside dogs, 1 horse, 5 donkeys, 30+ goats, 2 barn cats and several chickens.
