Conveniently located in Campton, NH, 2 hrs from Boston and located within 20 minutes of Waterville, Loon and Cannon as well as rafting, hiking trails, golf and miles of snowmobile trails. The house overlooks the Connor Brook flowing steps from the back door and fields for games, picnics and campfires. James' home was fantastic! We traveled with my family and anther family, with 4 children and 2 grandmother's and it was a perfect home base for me and my family! The home was big enough for everyone to stay comfortably, it was clean and beautiful. The backyard was great, and we loved the screen porch. Perfect vacation home for a family!

Great Farmhouse in Campton, NH
This VRBO was great for our group of 9 adults. It had comfortable beds and furniture, a large living room and kitchen, plus any amenity you could need [Plenty of paper products, bathroom towels, cleaning supplies, air conditioning, and a large assortment of modern kitchen appliances and cookware, just to name a few]. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is an amazing place! Three full floors and three full bathrooms, tons of space for two families, a massive kitchen with everything we needed (fantastic stove/oven), lots of amenities and thoughtful touches throughout, and lovely yard next to a beautiful brook. James is super responsive and a great communicator. This was one of the best Airbnb places I've ever stayed at.

The property was as advertised. The home was very clean and well supplied. The house is centrally located to a lot of great activities and restaurants. Plenty of room to spread out inside the house. Morning coffee/tea on the deck listening to the brook was great. The property owner, Jamie, was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely like to come back and would recommend the home to family and friends.

The start to the trip was a headache as the property was not properly/professionally cleaned upon our arrival. James was responsive & took responsibility & made it right. While we had to do a ton of cleaning ourselves to feel comfortable there, we did enjoy the location (beautiful, peaceful yard & nearby great hiking). We enjoyed eating meals in the indoor/outdoor deck & making s’mores at the fire pit.

ABOUT CHILDREN ON THE PROPERTY - Please do not allow young children to play outside the house unattended.

NO SMOKING-Please, Absolutely No Smoking inside of the house or on the premises. There may be a $200 odor removal charge if detected inside house.

PARKING- There is plenty of room for parking but avoid parking in the direction that the roof is slanting during a snow storm. Please leave a clear path for the plow to drive completely around the house. Do not park on the grass.

TRASH AND RECYCLING - Campton is very strict about recycling. Please separate your refuse into to labeled bins in the kitchen. If these bins fill up please bring the full bags to the corresponding bin outside the kitchen door.

NO PETS - There are no pets allowed of any kind. There will be a additional $150 cleaning fee per day of the booking if pets are detected.

DO NOT TAMPER WITH SECURITY CAMERAS

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: Check Out Time is 10:00 a.m.

1. Load dishwasher and start washing.
2. Make sure tv remotes are clearly visible in their room.
3. Please tidy the place up and return any furniture or items that were moved from original location.
4. Remove and/or dispose of leftovers and opened food items, and take trash and recycling out to the labeled bins.
5. Take only the bed sheets and pillow cases off of used beds and leave them in a pile in bedroom or hallway.
6. Put all used towels in pile on the bathroom floor.
7. Turn off TVs and lights, Set thermostats to 65 degrees
8. Make sure to lock doors and put any keys back in the lockbox.
9. ID is required to confirm booking and needs to be sent to us within 24 hrs of booking.
10. ONLY registered guests are allowed on the property.
11. Quiet hours from 10:00 pm-7am
12. Absolutely no parties allowed
13. If you remember, you can text to let us know you are leaving so the cleaning crew can be notified.
14. We hope you have a safe trip home. Thank you for being our guests!

72 hour free cancellation for full refund. After the 72 hours initial deposit is not refundable. If the second deposit is paid but the property gets rebooked for those days that will be refunded.
