On Tybees only Beachfront Resort. The resort is the only location on the island with beach front pools (heated), a full bar, and restaraunt with pool and beach side access, and more!

The condo is located on Mid Beach so you can easily walk and access the main pier while having a calmer escape.

Order drinks and food poolside while soaking up the sun! The condo provides a king bed, queen bed, and queen sleeper sofa, 3 smart TVs, and everything you need for a home away from home!
This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a sleeper sofa bed in the living room, 2 beautiful bathrooms, and a balcony that looks out on the pool deck and ocean.
Perfectly located for walks to downtown and shopping!
Each room is equipped with a tv with Amazon Fire Tv.

Getting around

The property is on the north end of the island on Mid Beach which is just over 1 mile from the Tybee Island Pier, main shops, and restaurants. It is a lovely walk down the beach. You can also rent bikes at Tim's Bike & Beach Gear to ride on the beach or on the road to get around quicker. Golf carts can also be rented on the island!

These directions are for planning purposes only. You may find that construction projects, traffic, weather, or other events may cause conditions to differ from the map results, and you should plan your route accordingly. You must obey all signs or notices regarding your route.

House Rules

Before you relax, here’s the fine print: NO SMOKING in the condo or on the balcony

1. MAX occupancy is 6 guests. This includes children and infants. Guests who break this rule will be asked to leave with no refund. This is a law passed by the city.

2. Please wipe or wash of as much sand as you can before entering the unit. Showers are provided by the poolside beach entrance.

3. Accidents happen. Rags are provided to help clean up unexpected messes. If it won’t come out, please let me know.

4. Please be respectful with the furniture and appliances. If something breaks, please let me know.

5. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am on weekdays and 12am-10am on weekends. There are other guests in the complex, please be respectful.

6. The pool deck is reserved for you and other guests of Beachside Colony only. Pool passes are required May-September. Please do not share the gate codes with others.

I am a very understanding and chill host, however if my cleaners have to contact me in response to the space being trashed or filthy you will be charged an additional fee of $100 paid directly to the cleaners

Cancellation Policy

Free cancelation within 48 hours of booking. 50% refundable from then until 30 days before booking. Non refundable 30 days before stay and on.

Notes

No Pets Allowed. You will have access to two parking spaces in the garage. Parking passes will be left in the condo when you check in! Accross the street you can access Memorial park, the Tybee Island Library and the local YMCA! For $10/visit of $50/7 visits you can work out at the YMCA just accross the street! No need to disrupt your routine while on vacation here! Rental Permit: STR2021-01225
