Beautiful cottage with new bathroom, kitchen, flooring, windows, and located on a quiet dead-end street that is just steps from a walking/running path along the river. The airport is about 10 minutes away and Marshall University is less than a 15 minute drive. There are queen beds in both bedrooms and WiFi is available for guests. The house has keyless entry and plenty of towels/toiletries. Washer and dryer are newer units.
This house is close to both Huntington, WV and Ashland, KY.
The kitchen is bright and fresh with new cabinets and appliances. The bathroom was also updated with new tub, faucets, vanity, etc. There are 2 additional parking places in the back of the property accessible from the alley. The concrete is slightly above ground level and most suitable for a SUV or truck.

Check In: Flexible

Check in anytime after 3pm. Each guest receives a unique entry code. The keypad is turned on by touch, then code entered and then check mark pressed to unlock deadbolt. The door is locked manually from inside and by pressing the Yale logo when outside.
