HOUSE RULES
CHECK-IN TIME: 5:00 - 11:00 PM.
Late check-in: after 11 pm and until 1 am, I charge 200 SK. cash at the check-in act. Check-in later than 1am I charge 400 SK.
Early check-in: if hours before 5 pm, I also charge 200 KR.
Up to 1 hour early if/when possible, no charges.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM

IMPORTANT NOTE:
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SET OF KEYS YOU GET. IN CASE OF LOSS OR DAMAGE, IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY TO ACQUIRE A NEW KEY OR A NEW SET OF KEYS.

FORGOTTEN ITEMS:
I won't be sending forgotten items such as: socks, underwear, clothing, shoes, cosmetics, and other replaceable items.
Valuable items such as telephones, laptops, jewelry, documents, etc...can be sent if the guests themselves open an account with a shipping company such as DHL and make the necessary arrangements.
I can deliver the object or items at the provided address for packing and shipping,
You will pay me 100 kr for the public transportation to and from the address provided, or 300 kr or more if the item is big or heavy and requires taking a taxi.
I won't be responsible for the shipment expenses.

- EARLY CHECK-IN normally not possible, but you can always ask.
Guests check-out is 10 am, as I need a few hours to clean the common areas of the house and to make up the room for the next guest(s).
- LATER CHECK-OUT ON WEEKENDS: Cannot promise, but Guests can always ask if there is a possibility.
PLEASE NOTE AND RESPECT:
- I don't accept people with only a nickname and without a verified Government ID, or without a couple of good reviews and I don't approve any guests that don't mention the the purpose of their staying in town.
- If you only have Email and Phone verification and NO reviews, I WON'T ACCEPT the booking!!!

NOTE: I also expect to see a recognizable face photo on the profile of the person booking my place.

- ID of 2nd guest: If the guest is not included in a group ID picture, not verified by Airbnb and if is not your spouse or child, please send me some kind of verification, such as a Linkedin profile link, just as a safety measure.
You wouldn't probably book my place if I wasn't an Airbnb verified host! :)

IMPORTANT:

- WE DON'T WALK WITH OUTDOOR SHOES INSIDE THE APARTMENT.
- PLEASE PARK YOUR SHOES IN THE CUPBOARD IN THE ENTRANCE HALL.
- NO VISITORS.
- NOT SUITABLE FOR PETS
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
- NO SMOKING, not even in the balcony as from 22.11.2018.
- NOT BE SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN (0-12 YEARS OLD). Room with access to balcony!
- NO ROOM SERVICE OR CLEANING.
You shall keep the room nice and tidy. Cleaning tools available and bed linen will be provided if you are staying over 2 weeks.
I will inspect the room every now and then.
- BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED.
ATTENTION:
- NO FOOD EATING OR FOOD STORAGE IN THE BEDROOM!!!
Please eat and keep your food in the kitchen!
- Free Instant Coffee and Tea always on the kitchen table. Help yourself.
- It's safe to drink TAP WATER.
- Guests may use the kitchen "when it's available", until latest 10:30 pm, for simple cooking. By simple cooking I mean, an omelet, a soup, a salad, heating a pre-cooked meal, etc.

We cook and eat in there almost every evening, so please ask before you start cooking in the evening.
Appreciate if you avoid strong/smelly spices late in the evening.

Buy your groceries as you need on a daily basis, as I have limited storage space. INGREDIENTS FOR COOKING NOT PROVIDED, such as olive oil, spices, etc. Regular Oil, Salt and Pepper available.
- Place in the refrigerator for a limited amount of food/drinks.
- PLEASE EAT AND KEEP YOUR FOOD AND GROCERIES IN THE KITCHEN (DO NOT TAKE FOOD TO THE BEDROOM).
- Please do the dishes, dry them and store them away when you are done.
- Do not leave dishes on the drying rack when you leave the kitchen.
- NO HANG-OUT in the kitchen during the day, unless you ask for permission.
- NO DISHWASHER.

CLOSE THE BEDROOM/BATHROOM DOORS SILENTLY AS THERE ARE (Probably) PEOPLE SLEEPING IN THE ROOM NEXT DOOR.

SHOWER: Please pick up hair from the floor. Leave the bathroom door open about 20-30 cm when you are done…. for the floor to dry.

- I do recycle: plastic (soft and hard), paper, bottles, cans...just wash it and leave on the kitchen counter and I will take care of it.

- You will have access to the Communal Laundry Room in the building, subject to availability. Washing powder and softener provided for emergency laundry for short time guests on the go.
Long time guests will buy their own products.

- We save energy/electricity...We switch off the lights where and when we don't need them on.
For example: when you leave your room to go and cook/eat in the kitchen, you switch off the lights in your bedroom.
We don't take very long showers!!!
Appreciate if you switch off the lights when you go to sleep, unless you are afraid of the (Website hidden by Airbnb) this case appreciate to be informed!

- You have access to the guest toilet and wardrobe in the hallway.

- BATHROOM - We share the shower only! The toilet and the washing basin in the bathroom is for my private use ONLY!
Guests shall use the guest toilet to wash face and hands and to brush the teeth, to put their makeup on, etc...
In the guest bedroom there is also a big mirror.
We pick up the hair we drop on the bathroom floor every time we shower.
I expect common sense when it comes to keeping the kitchen and the shower room clean, since I like it nice and tidy both for you and for me.

- Toilet Paper, Hand Wash Soap and Shower Gel provided.
OBS:- BRING YOUR OWN Toothpaste, creams, deodorants, perfumes, pads, etc...
Shampoo and Conditioner provided for short time guests travelling with hand luggage only.
CLEANING:
- If you are staying longer than 2 weeks I will provide clean linen, towels and tools and you will change the bed and clean your room after 1 week.

- I live in an apartment building and the rules are:
10 pm on the weekdays and midnight on the weekends, silence must be observed in the whole house.

SO PLEASE:

- No loud talking or noise in the corridors or elevators at all times.
- Avoid strong perfumes as I'm allergic to strong smells. Thanks.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking.
- Not suitable for children and infants.
- No pets.
