Updated with quiet motion sensor vent with Bluetooth speaker in bathroom as well as remote controlled fans. We kept the retro tile. We enjoy the mix of old and new features.



Pets love this very large backyard!!!2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room combined with dining area, kitchen and laundry.



Pets are allowed but there is a fee which should be agreed to before booking. Please inquire with pet info so this can be agreed to up front.

The stay was perfect!! Booked a trip for my 28th birthday with my Fiancée and everything was great! The home felt very cozy, a perfect getaway. Great yard for the pups (I think they enjoyed the stay more than us haha) everything was nice and clean and completely fenced in. Its also located in a nice quiet neighborhood. I honestly wish I could give this home 10 out of 5 stars! The host were very responsive, they have a publix right down the street, plenty of close bars (cheap uber), and any restaurant /fast food/ snack needs you could think of is less than 5-10 minutes away. Okay I’ll stop now, just book and see for yourself how great this place is!!! Might just have another trip to Jacksonville just to stay here again haha.

We are Jacksonville locals, but in the process of moving. We needed a place to stay, with cats, so our home could be cleaned for renters. This place was perfect for our needs. Close to our old home and everything we love about Jacksonville. It was the perfect place to stay and felt like home. Great amenities and location. Would absolutely book again if the need arises.
