The place was clean, and very comfortable, it was a family trip, where we spend most of the time visiting people but the time we spent at the property was very comfortable. the hosts were very proactive, were checking in on us periodically and very quick to respond if questions. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, I do recommend this place

Landon’s place was in a great neighborhood in Groves. Close to lots of things. We had a great time and would stay there again. People can sleep in the loft in the garage but there’s no bathroom out there. Plenty of room inside for air mattresses if no one wants to be out in the garage loft. I would recommend this house if you want to be in the heart of Groves with a group of people.

Several of my coworkers and I stayed at Landon’s place for work at the Refinery. The place was close to work and in a quite neighborhood. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We will stay there again the next time we work in the area if it’s available.

I am an entrepreneur at heart, running a successful real estate investment business. What we do in my company is wonderful, we turn perpetual renters into homeowners by selling them houses on owner finance! Almost all of our clients have been turned down or would be turned down by the banks. I love it, and most of our buyers are very grateful to finally be living the American dream of owning a home!

I am an admitted workaholic, but when I'm not working, I like to play tennis, go to the beach, eat at nice restaurants, travel or go out and have a few drinks with friends.

My wife, Chely, who is part of the team, is originally from Mexico, so we “habla espanol!” She is the driving force behind making sure that our listings have style and flair, and thank God for that because that is not my forte! She is great at staging and, of course, has excellent taste.

Our home in Texas embraces the warm weather, humidity, and abundant woodlands, seamlessly blending into the natural landscape. It is a haven for various species of wildlife, including foxes, deer, coyotes, armadillos, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, ducks, woodpeckers, Cardinals, Blue Jays, and more. Additionally, our surroundings teem with smaller critters like lizards, frogs, honeybees, and other insects. It's important to note that encounters with Mother Nature's creatures are part of the experience, and therefore, we do not provide refunds for such encounters. As a playful nod to Texas, it's often said that the flying cockroach is the state bird. We invite you to revel in the natural beauty that surrounds us! - Smoking is okay outside of the house. - No loud music after 10PM. - No more than 5 vehicles allowed to avoid blocking the driveways. - A separate, signed, short-term rental agreement is required. - Additional $250 security deposit is required for every booking per House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking implies agreement to pay deposit and honor rules. Unpaid deposit means no entry. - Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor House Rules and the rental agreement. - No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance). - Pets are allowed but with additional fee. $25 per pet, per night. Strictly no pets on beds or couches - Additional fee is added(included in Airbnb computation) if number of guests exceeds to 4. It's $25/person/night. PLEASE NOTE: House Rules Guests will be required to read the House Rules and sign the rental agreement. Parties/Gatherings No gatherings or parties are permitted. Only booked guests may be on-site at the property at any time unless arrangements have been discussed and approved, and additional fees paid in advance. Security Deposit A refundable $250 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry. Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, to cover cleaning costs. Strictly no pets allowed on any of the beds or couches. Additional Amenities Plenty of extra pillows of different sizes and firmness. Extra blankets are included as well. There are self-inflating air mattresses available in all of our listings. Extra lighting options throughout the house. A crib is available upon request. We currently have over 20 listings and two cribs, so please let us know in advance if you need one and we will ensure a crib is made available for your arrival.
