You have this entire house to yourself. You're tucked away from busy streets with a private, consistent, off-street parking place. You have a queen bed, a full kitchen, high-speed wifi, a Roku TV, and peace and quiet.

David's place is a great size for a single or a couple and super clean and comfy!

Check In: 5PM - Flexible

Your entry door is the door that faces the driveway. Touch the keypad deadbolt and it will show you some random numbers. Touch those numbers and the entire keypad will light up. Enter the last 4 digits of your phone number and the lock will open. When you leave, touch the keypad then touch the lock symbol.

There is only one bedroom with a queen bed. If more than two people need to stay, there is a surcharge.

House Rules

No smoking or vaping indoors or near entrances. No pets. No parties or events. Quiet hours 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. You may have to shovel snow some days to get your vehicle in or out of the driveway. Please wash your dishes, wipe surfaces if you dirty them, and sweep/mop if you track or drop anything on the floor. Not child-proofed for children and infants.

Payment Policy

The full amount is due ten days before check-in unless periodic payments are arranged through written communication. Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to the day payment is due. Once paid, the reservation is non-refundable. If you've paid and you won't be occupying for all or part of your reservation, we'll open the listing and if we get guests, we can pro-rate your reservation after the other reservation is completed.

Notes

The simplest access is using an alley that runs along the north side of the property, parallel to Pilot Butte Avenue. There are detailed and mapped instructions with the check-in info you get after booking. We host longer stays -- just ask.
