Elizabeth was incredibly communicative and responded fast to all responses. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to be close to the beach, it was literally steps away. The AirBnB was very clean and had all the necessities! It was perfect size for a couple, but may have been a little tight for 4 people. The only thing to be aware of is there are frequent trains, the first around 5am. That did not bother us as we are early risers but just so others are aware. Don’t be discouraged by that however, it gives you a perfect opportunity to catch the sunrise on the beach! We would absolutely go back again. Thank you Elizabeth!

We had a lovely visit, and we will definitely return! We loved seeing the ocean from the cozy place. We also had everything we needed. The neighbors were friendly too. The location is excellent!

Great place to stay! Super close to the beach, great parking, within walking distance of every fun part of OOB. Very minimalistic place but tgat was fine with us because who cones to the beach to hang out in there AirBNB. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Thanks for the great vaca spot :)

Location, location, location! We loved being right next to the beach! We were able to beach it during the day and go back and forth if needed for the kids. We even had dinner on the beach another night! It is only about a half mile or so from the Palace Playland and restaurants. The condo isn’t big but we were not looking for a big place, we preferred location over size since we only planned on being there to sleep and get ready. Place was clean, up-to-date, and even stocked with little add on things (like shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, dry shampoo, make-up wipes, etc. - ladies, ya love to see it!) We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Exellent séjour. C'était notre première expérience à Old Orchand en famille avec nos jeunes adultes. Il y a des activités pour tous les goûts. Belle ambiance. Le logement était parfait pour quatre personnes avec toutes les commodités. Accessibilité facile à la plage et situé sur une rue tranquille. Le logement est situé à une distance résonnable de marche vers la place publique, 15 min. Très bonne communication avec Élizabeth.

My family and I stayed for two night. Easy to get to. Very close to the pier walkable. 2min walk to the beach. We were comfortable. Very clean. Had everything we needed.

Logement très proche de la plage, propre et bien tranquille mais trop petit pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le plus gros problème est lorsque que l'on veut manger dans l'appartement il y a seulement de la place pour 2. On a été chanceux, il a fait beau tout le temps de notre séjour, on image pas resté là une journée de pluie. Nous avons été déçu du rapport qualité-prix. Pas de grille-pains, 2 chaise seulement, limiter en papier de toilette.

The place was nice and clean. It worked out great for me my wife and 2 kids. The beach is close enough to walk back for the littlest thing. Which was so convenient with 2 under 5. All instructions were easy to follow and everything looked and worked as advertised. Just wish we could have stayed longer.
