Brand new renovation for 2022. Excellent Ocean Front View! Yes that first picture is the view from the balcony of this newly renovated one bedroom Seaside Villa. Everything is new this year. Condo features a queen bed and children's bunks in the bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Located just 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza with dining, shopping and entertainment as well as Celebration Park. My wife, Kendall, and I live on the island about 10 min away. We own several in the building and manage more for out of town owners. We are on site everyday and are hear of you need us, or for just a good recommendation. Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach area. Walking distance to everything but just far enough to not be overcrowded on the beach. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. Check In: 4PM - Flexible
We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the right, use either of the 2 gates on the right to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay.

Check in time is after 4pm, we will message you if the condo is ready early, please do not arrive without hearing from us. If you get there before you hear from us, you may park and head to the beach and pool.

To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it.

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
