Location Highlights: Just 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. A short walk to Lowcountry Celebration Park with its playgrounds, events, and outdoor fitness trail. The gated, oceanfront complex includes access to a pool, sundeck, and direct beach access, ensuring a perfect coastal getaway. Full access to the condo, pool, sundeck, beach access, and the gated parking lot. Please note, only 1 parking pass is available for guests, and the lot has spaces for up to 2 cars under the building. Whether you’re here to relax on the beach, explore Hilton Head’s attractions, or just enjoy the view from your patio, this condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience! My Wife, Kendall, and I live on the island, about 10 minutes away. We are on site everyday and are available if needed, or just for a good recommendation. Due to limited spaces in the lot, only 1 parking pass can be issued, there are spaces under the building that can hold 2 cars.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the Left, use either of the 2 gates on the Left to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay.

To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it.

Cancellation Policy

Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
