Bright, airy & spacious (1459 ft) end unit. Kids and pets enjoy the open living space and backyard. Cook in the gourmet Kitchen or BBQ on your private deck 100 ft from the community pool. Short walk /or call free in resort dune buggy shuttle to beach , golf ( Trent Jones, Fazio, Arthur Hill), general store, outfitters rentals( bike, kayak, canoe, surf/paddle boards) pickle ball and tennis (10% off in resort)

Foodies have a full amenity modern kitchen that chefs love. Take in the afternoon sun on the deck drying off from a relaxing swim. Outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the day at the beach or from your pet. Relax and BBQ on the deck while watching the kids and pets play in the huge common backyard area. Bike, hike or jog on the resort friendly paths. Build sand castles on the beach or tee off at the 3 in resort golf courses.
Concierge service available mid August through mid May (ie. dog walking, transportation , baggage drop off) LR, Master bedroom have cable TV. 2nd bedroom bring your firestick roku.

Full access to all but owner closet Dune Buggy and Pool are seasonal and date vary by year. Typically open from April-October. Exterminators treat the property the Third Tuesday of each month. You are agreeing to allow access, prohibiting access will incur a $50 fee.

We live in the next courtyard and are available to assist you with any questions or emergencies or concerns, or you can be left alone. We leave that up to you.

Relax at the great beaches. Take a ride on the scenic bike trails. Kayak the 12 miles of lagoons. Golf the three courses on site(Trent Jones, Fazio, Arthur Hill). Play pickle ball or tennis there is plenty to do. Or do nothing at all. Visit the many restaurants for everything from southern bbq to steakhouses. Great biking/walking trails. Free on call in resort shuttle April-Sept. Uber and Lyft serviced if you want to go out for happy hour. An hour drive to Savanna or under two hours to Charleston to see the southern charms

If you are here in the off season, when we are here we can help with dog walking. If your pooch likes us we can walk them for you to take a day trip to Savannah or Charleston. Reach out to us to coordinate calendars.

We want you to enjoy your stay as this condo as part of a resort community it has several community rules.
- The address of the villa is 45 Queens Folly rd unit 598 it is located in the Queens Grant section in Doxbury Courtyoard. You will receive via text a pass code to enter the villa.
- No motorcycles, campers, or trailers are allowed to enter the resort.
- Parking pass(es) must be picked up on the way in at the pass office: 16 Queens Folly RD and displayed on the dashboard. The Phone Number is 843.785.1125. The fee for the parking pass ranges from $25 - $50 per vehicle based on length of stay and you will pay this fee when you pickup the pass(es).
- Please only park in the signed parking lots, there is no street parking allowed, ticket or towing may result in illegally parked vehicles. You will be responsible for payment of any fines/tickets impose to your parking pass.
- Garbage pickup is Tuesday and Friday all garbage must be in the bins provided including recyclables in the service yard. Recyclables are Wednesday
- Shower in service yard has hot/cold water and should be used for pets or to rinse off from the pool/beach
- Please no towels on railings you can hang them in the service yard
- The Dunes Buggy is a free shuttle bus service within Palmetto Dunes & Shelter Cove is generally runs from April - September 8am - 9pm daily on call @ 843.689.4222
- In general I try and leave sand toys and beach chairs in the service yard for your use and expect them to be available for the next gest, if anything happens to them please notify me.
- Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after your pet.
- Dogs are required to be on leash at all times.
- Observe signs posted on beach with regards to dogs on the beach and seasonal times they may be under voice control.

Payment Policy

50% nonrefundable deposit due at reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Nonrefundable 50% deposit. Cancel 30 days prior to arrival 2nd payment is not made. For emergencies If we rebook your dates the difference between the rebooked total amount and your total booking amount less credit card fees may be returned.
