In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Public car park at 800 m. Short-stay parking zone (fee), time: 09:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday. Supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 500 m, restaurant 30 m, bakery 100 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, tram "O, 1, 18, D," 150 m, bus stop "13A" 80 m, railway station "Hauptbahnhof" 500 m, underground station "U1 Hauptbahnhof" 500 m.
