Fantastic accommodations

Clean, efficient, esthetically pleasing. Dunkin Donuts within walking distance. Downtown a short ride or a 2 plus mile walk.

Had a great week visiting friends with a nice clean and quiet space to return to after fun was had. After some confusion on the first night, Jeanne was available and very responsive to help and had a quick and satisfying fix for the situation. Thank you for hosting a good time!

The property was just as pictured. The communication from the host was excellent. Cute place love the theme makes it fun. We had 4 adults and we had a great time.

Before arrival, she provided me with all the instructions, & upon arrival, we realized that a washer/dryer was not present, no iron, & worse of all, it was not indicated that there were AC units only & one was missing in the second bathroom. If I had known this, I would not have booked this airbnb. I communicated with Jeanne right away to have her resolve the AC issue because it was extremely hot the weekend we visited Maine, 7/12-7/15/24. When I messaged her she ensured me she would be on it, that there should have been an AC unit in the second bedroom, & she was unsure what happened & will investigate the matter & get back to me. Jeanne’s place listed that she had an iron, washer/dryer, AC but this was not true. We slept uncomfortably all weekend. She never got back to me about the AC & it felt like I was being swung along by her all weekend. Asked for reimbursement & again “would get back to me”&never heard back. I would not stay here as she was not honest and communication was poor
