A Slice of Heaven
I 'got my life' staying at this property. I'm almost hesitant to review it so I can keep it a secret :) I was able to stay for an extended period and would not change a single thing. First, the location is perfection. Surfside was such a peaceful place to be during this past winter. It was quiet and everyone I met was friendly. The condo has a stunning view which made being up to watch the sunrise a 'must do' to start each day. It's even better than the pictures. The condo is relaxing and has *everything* you need. I mean, there's even a crock pot! So, whether you choose to dine in or out, you're covered. Finally, the best part is Penny. She's just 'good people' who obviously cares about her guests. My time at the condo was healing, both literally and figuratively and I can't thank her enough. I cherish the time spent there and plan to return.

First things first, Penny is fantastic!! We came to stay to get married. She was sweet, kind and supportive. The condo is beautiful. Definitely would recommend and definitely plan to coming back. If I had anything negative to say it would be that there are a lot of steps but who said making to the top is cake😊� Thank you so very much Penny!!!

Beautiful beachfron condo
This condo has been very tastefully renovated, decor is perfect, gorgeous hardwood floors. Kitchen has everything you could need, good quality cookware and utensils, keurig and drip style coffeemakers. Beds are comfortable. Two full baths is great. I didnt notice this in the prooerty description but it is a 3rd floor walk-up....you'll work off all those delicious restaurant meals! The pet friendly policy was much appreciated. One note: the beach chair/umbrella setup is only during the summer season. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for the price and the owner was excellent communicator and easy tow work with. Although I’d like to have newer more comfortable bedding, I’d stay here again for the location and value. It’s a good place for two couple to have their own bedroom and bath. Thanks!

Penny And Adam were amazing! The place was just what we wanted! Awesome view, top floor (lots of steps), roomy, clean, fully stocked kitchen equipment, comfy beds, laundry machines are really nice, cool neighbors, clean pool, good TV channels, WiFi wasn’t so strong but we didn’t mind unplugging. We loved our stay and plan to return soon as we can!

Wonderful week away
This unit is prettier in person than the pictures give justice. We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly happy with the response rate when we had issues or questions. We were happy with all the cooking supplies in the kitchen; so many places have just the bare minimum. There were more cookery available to us and we appreciated that -esp since we were cooking more in due to COVID. Nice place, nice beach, good atmosphere.

Heavenly balcony overlooking g
We had a lovely stay at this condo. Very well-equipped. We loved our time drinking coffee on the balcony, listening to the ocean. It’s great that the balcony is shaded at cocktail hour. The chairs put out every day by the owner were a nice treat. We had everything we needed. Surfside is a bit busy for my taste, but the grocery store is close by and we still maintained social distance on the beach. Did takeout from Valentino’s, which was delicious. Also visited Meyers ice cream parlor twice. They are keeping people six feet apart. Would definitely return!

The condo is gorgeous and the view is phenomenal. Everything we needed for cooking was provided in the kitchen. Penny is easy to communicate with and checked on us during our stay. The location is perfect for visiting the Marsh Walk, Broadway at the Beach and the Boardwalk. I highly recommend this condo.
