In the district of Cumbre del Sol 9 km from the centre of Moraira, 11 km from the centre of Javea, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 2.3 km from the sea, 2.3 km from the beach. Private: property, terraced garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 120 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Parking on the premises.
