This place was amazing in winter because of the snow. There are no vent anywhere in the apartment and it solely relies on the heated floor. When the warmer days came around, we found ourselves sleeping in the living room due the air conditioner only being there. The washer and dryer were in another room that everyone in the complex can enter , not in the unit. To wash was $2.00 and to dry was $1.50. Both only take quarters so this was also difficult. There were small amounts of ants in the kitchen near the fridge when we arrived . Only cleaning supplies was dish soap. No portable fans . No Dedicated workspace unless you include the kitchen table.

Failure to remove your vehicle will result in a violation of $50.00 per occurrence and will be towed at the owner’s expense.
