House Rules
The guest making the reservation (Main guest) must be over 25 and have a driver's license available. Main guest is responsible for any damage and bad behavior of any guests in the house during the reservation period.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. You may smoke on the back patio and must put your butts in the ashtray. Please empty when you leave.

Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated or kept with you at all times. Guest agrees to pay for any damage any pet does to the property during the reservation period.

These rules are for the safety and enjoyment of other guests and as hosts, our ability to continue to provide amazing vacation venues at reasonable prices. Please don't book if you are not prepared to follow these rules. Thank you for understanding! No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
