For the beach explorers, we offer a Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass for use in non-metered parking areas during peak season from May 15 - September 15. Please handle this pass carefully as there is a replacement fee of $300 if lost or not returned.

We are dedicated to creating a wholesome environment for every guest. Consequently, we do not allow smoking, pets, or parties/events on our premises. We also ask that you adhere to the check-in and check-out times. Any violation of these rules, alongside any unapproved late check-outs or additional unreported guests, will incur fees, as detailed in the house rules.
