The Space:
Unveil a realm of coastal elegance in our two-bedroom condo, a serene retreat intertwining modern sophistication and comfort. Accommodating up to six guests, every corner has been designed thoughtfully for an unforgettable seaside vacation.
Our spacious living room, illuminated by natural light, invites you to unwind with its plush sleeper sofa and extensive selection of cable TV channels. The elegant dining area, adjacent to a state-of-the-art galley kitchen, showcases stone countertops and premium appliances; a perfect space for in-house meals and warm, lively chats.
Retire into our luxurious bedrooms, each equipped with television for private leisure. The master bedroom lures with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a queen bed, portraying their own unique charm.
Together, they provide an idyllic sanctuary for sweet dreams. An additional bathroom, boasting a bath, overhead shower, and well-equipped vanity, readily caters to your needs.
The calming aura extends to our outdoor space – a screened-in patio. It is an ideal spot for relaxing under the sun or stars with a refreshing drink in hand. Heating, air conditioning, iron, washer, dryer are all available for your ease.
Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire condo, including the charming screened patio, providing an intimate outdoor experience. Free parking is available on premises, removing any potential parking hassle. Your stay is enhanced with high-speed Wi-Fi and an extensive range of cable channels, including HBO Max, Showtime, and MGM+. Enjoy a convenient self-check-in process with a keypad and delight in complimentary coffee during your stay.
During peak season (May 15 – September 15), guests are treated to access the Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass, required in all non-metered areas within city limits from 10 AM – 5 PM.
Other Things to Note:
Perfectly located between Rehoboth Beach and Lewes Beach, our condo is a stone-throw from an array of attractions. Shop to your hearts delight at Tanger Outlets Rehoboth Beach, or indulge in an adrenaline rush at the Midway Speedway Park. Nature enthusiasts can tread the Junction and Breakwater Trail or float away at Urban Float. Movie buffs can check out the Movies at Midway or simply enjoy a peaceful walk at the nearby Rehoboth Mall.
As winter unfolds, our condo invites you to a cozy haven for the holidays. Whether its Christmas (December 25), New Years Day (January 1), or anticipation for the upcoming Memorial Day (May 26), our condo provides a delightful backdrop for a warm and intimate celebration.
Try the local craft beer at Dogfish Head Brewpub, just a short drive away, or stroll to one of the remarkable restaurants on Rehoboth Avenue and savor succulent seafood, Italian, Mexican, and all culinary creations in between.
Finally, please respect our house rules to ensure a harmonious stay. No smoking, pets, or parties are allowed. Please dispose of waste properly and use amenities with care. *$40 per hour unapproved late checkout fee.
*Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a $50 per person per night penalty. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (#guests)
*CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: - Check-in is after 4pm, and check-out is by 10:30am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with me first.
*OCCUPANCY: - I understand that for a whole verity of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact me to let me know. I’m reasonable and will accommodate wherever possible.
*AGE REQUIREMENTS: - There is a minimum age requirement of 21+. Guests under the age of 21 are still entirely welcome – they will just need to be accompanied by parents or guardians.
*NO SMOKING: - There is no smoking of any kind in the house. If you need to smoke, you can step out to the curb and pocket your butt.
*DRUGS: Illicit drugs - What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at my place I have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of my rules.
*BEHAVIOR: - If you’re coming to Rehoboth or Dewey to party you’ve picked a great beach to do so. Unfortunately, just not at my place. Though I'm sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will, unfortunately, result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for me. Any excessive necessary cleaning is subject to an additional cleaning fee.
*DAMAGE: - I understand that accidents happen. But I do ask that you please let me know when they do. Chances are I can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
*BARBEQUE/GRILLING: - Unfortunately since it’s a multi-unit building grilling of any kind is strictly prohibited. Even outside on the patio, in or near the building (this includes gas and charcoal grills). Violating this rule will result in forfeiture of security deposit and you may be asked to vacate.
*CLEANLINESS: - Whilst I do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, I kindly ask that prior to leaving, you put any dirty dishes or kitchenware used in the sink and put used towels on the floor by the laundry closet. If you'd be so kind to take your trash to one of the dumpsters outside; it helps us get through the cleaning process quicker and allows me to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
*AMENITIES: - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)
*ELECTRICITY: - To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.
*SECURITY: - To ensure full safety of my guest’s belongings, please keep the front door locked as a precautionary measure. Whilst being one of the safest areas of town, I want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one small + simple thing we’re able to do to ensure that.
*ACCESS: - Please help avoid problems for everybody and stay out of locked closets and cabinets.
*NOISE: - To be considerate to the other residents/guests, I kindly ask you to keep things on the quieter side after 11 pm. And if you want to listen to music, please remember others and enjoy via headphones or in your personal space.
*LAUNDRY: - Washer and Dryer use is available for guests. Please clean the lint trap after each use.
* BEACH: - Please rinse the sand off to minimize the amount of sand tracked into the unit.
