Cherry Creek Retreat - Beautiful family friendly 3 bedroom townhouse located close to the Denver Tech Center, Aurora hospitals & popular State Park.



A short walk to restaurants & shops, attached 2-car garage, dedicated office with a full size arcade machine with over 16,000 retro video games for anyone "working from home". Safe & friendly community with outdoor pool open from Memorial to Labor Day.

Vaulted ceilings and bright open concept space great for relaxing or entertaining. Dining area and kitchen with all the tools you need to prepare a delicious meal. Attached double garage leads into the kitchen. Sliding glass door that leads out to a small patio.

Large master suite furnished with a king bed arranged with luxurious linens and comfy pillows to ensure a relaxing nights' rest, smart-tv, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom with bunkbeds and smart-tv, family bathroom, separate fully furnished office with monitor and printer.

3rd bedroom furnished with a queen bed and 60" TV. 3rd bathroom with walk-in shower, dedicated laundry room with drop-down work table.

Craft beer lovers will be excited by the many breweries within 15 minutes of the home. All kinds of outdoor adventures await your family in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains just a short drive away!



Take the light rail or drive to downtown Denver to check out Coors Field for a Rockies game, bop around LoDo, catch a show or concert at the Denver Performing Arts Center, or be the biggest fan at the Mile High Stadium.

Rich’s place is exactly as advertised. It is clean, tastefully renovated and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked, beds and bedding are comfortable and the laundry room is nicely provisioned. We stayed for over a month during the summer and got to enjoy the clean, community pool as well. Rich is quick to communicate and has put a lot of care into this rental; A+ host!

Our family had an amazing stay at Richard's place. The home was inviting and clean with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The beds were super comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had all the tools and appliances we needed to prepare a nice homecooked meal. The garage was handy for unloading luggage during the snowy weather. Our son loved the arcade machine and bunk beds. Highly recommend, would love to stay here again. Oh! Try the Mexican restaurant just down the street, Casa Vallarta... it was great! We also loved that there was a Starbucks right around the corner!

2. No parties please. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

5. Remember to lock the doors on your way out.
6. Unapproved late checkout will be charged at $100/hr.

Please be mindful of how much noise you make outside specifically after 9pm (no music, etc). You are more than welcome to use the space but be respectful of the neighbors.
