Family-friendly vacation destination at the heart of the Pocono Mountains. Our home is Chalet nestled on an acre of land in a secluded wooded setting. Privacy abound! The home has large windows and lots of light bringing nature into all the rooms. Enjoy a large deck (half covered) with panoramic views into the wilderness from all directions. Great for either lounging & stargazing or watching the zenful rainstorms. Master bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub and private outdoor pergola seating area perfect for romantic dining. A large outdoor hot tub to soak in after a long day. Just what the doctor ordered! Just what the doctor ordered!



We provide you a fully furnished, hi-tech house complete with 1000mbs wired internet & FREE WI-FI, five 4K flat screen SMART TVs with ROKU in each room, Comcast digital preferred cable, digital door locks for safety, a fully equipped kitchen & pantry, and hair dryer. There are many fun activities for family members and friends of all ages in winter, spring, summer, or fall. We have a plethora of board & card games, video game systems, DVDs, books for all ages, and a full PIANO!!



The house boasts many great features such as wood burning fireplaces on both levels, a gas grill, and the den has a bar (liquor not provided!) We are a non-smoking property, however smoking & vaping are allowed only outside in designated areas. Rest in the hammock, gather around the firepit for S'mores, or relax in our luxurious hot tub after a long day. It is a large 5 person hot tub with recliner, digital multicolored LED lights, retractable privacy screen, shelf/drink rail, and convenient full-height stairs. There will be a $30 fee to go with using this amenity to cover costs of cleaning and maintaining between guests.



The house has some amenities to accommodate distance learning students and working from home professionals! Between the space and the commercial grade WiFi we also give you access to a printer copier scanner. The WiFi can even reach the outside to the hammock. We have a wonderful dedicated workspace in the Master Suite complete with monitor, keyboard, PC, and phone system so you can just hook up your laptop, start a conference call, and get to work!



Traveling with children? We offer a Graco Pack N Play, a foldable travel high chair, and a baby bath. In need of more items but don't wish to pack them or bring them on a plane?? No worries! We love recommending BabyQuip who offers clean, sanitized, and safe baby gear in over 500 cities! We are not affiliated with them but have used these services many times when we travel out of state with our two kids and it was AMAZING!! After you book, if you are in need of this service just let us know and we will send you the link to make a reservation. Just put in our city and zip to find a vendor nearby.



For Sanitary reasons we do not supply linens but linen rental is available. The beds we offer is a Queen in the master suite on the first floor, full beds in each of the 3 bedrooms on second floor, a sofa bed in the living room and the den. Each bed has a comforter and pillows with extras in the closet. Linen rentals are available for $80 and that covers the delivery and pick up of specialty woodland themed linens for you to use your entire stay. Linens includes sets of linens for all beds plus a set of 12 oversized towels and rags plus 2 hand towels.



We have a small yet functional laundry room complete with washer, dryer, ironing board should any of your belongings need to be laundered during your stay. We provide a free detergent pod and a dryer sheet for your use.



There are many fun activities around the mountains for family members and friends of all ages in winter, spring, summer, or fall. And we have individually controlled AC/Heat units in each of the rooms which is a rare feature in most of the homes up here so even the brief hot summers, and the winter temps in the negatives up here, are more bearable.



Our location can't be beat! Just a mere minutes and miles away is Camelback, Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, Mount Airy Casino, Pocono Raceway, Horseback Riding, various Golf Courses, Crossroads Premium Outlets, Sunset Shooting Range, Whitewater Rafting, and bustling town of Stroudsburg with all modern shopping amenities. A little further is Jim Thorpe, Bushkill, Scranton, and Easton.

If any amenity (indoor pool, outdoor pool, beaches, tennis courts, etc.) is NOT ACCESSIBLE due to weather conditions, maintenance, pandemic, emergency repairs or any other circumstance "Homeowner" should not be held liable for lack of usage of above mentioned amenities and will not refund any money.

- Minimum Rental Age: 25 (no unaccompanied minors; no exceptions)

- Photo ID required with Rental Agreement.

- All guests must sign our rental agreement that outlines our policies, house rules, pertinent information, cleaning practices, community registration, hottub/firepit/fireplace addendums as well. Rental agreement sent via Docusign. Need real address for insurance purposes; no PO Boxes.

- Guests are expected to keep the house clean and organized during their stay and upon checkout.

- Travel/Rental/Damage insurance MUST be purchased

-Maximum Occupancy: 8 (this number includes infants and children)

-Check-in: 3:00 pm

- Check out time is 11:00am sharp. We will charge an extra day if checking out after 11:01am as it inconveniences our cleaners.

- Each booking MUST be registered with the ELA Community.

- Linen Rentals available for $80 paid separately.

- House has electronic monitoring including CCTV and NoiseAware Software

- Housebroken/Trained Pets & Service Animals ONLY. (Pet Cleaning Fee applies) Extra cleaning is required to make the house as pet free as possible for non-pet guests. Amount is $100 per animal. Any damage will come out of deposit & damage insurance.

*Fireworks are PROHIBITED. The Community is very strict about it, there is $1000 fine each time.*

Community passes must be purchased separately directly from the admin office. They allow you to access beaches, the pools, the courts, and the other amenities. Guests under 6 do not need passes, guests 7-99 will required



We are available anytime day or night via email, Phone or text.



Property equips scented plugins throughout house but kept very low. Those with allergies are to let us know in advance.



Very quiet neighborhood. No loud parties no loud music no fast driving through the streets. You will see the occasional family of deer walking across the street or through our yard. Bonus points if you can spot the wild turkeys.



The pools & beaches are within biking distance. We do not provide bikes but if you have your own bike you can access things easily. Otherwise for the more touristy destinations you can get around faster by car.



In the months during the dry season when the forest fire risk is in the orange or red zone, use of the fire pit or any other open flame will be strictly prohibited as per the community bylaws. PLEASE NO FIREWORKS!



We have a three (3) car limit so please plan to carpool when necessary. DO NOT PARK OR DRIVE ON GRASS. It ruins the old septic system.



Occupancy limit is 8 Guests and that headcount should include infants! Listed rate is for up to 8 guests. Any guest count over 8 will be charged an extra per night rate.



Check out time is 11:00am sharp. We will charge an extra day if checking out after 11:01am as it inconveniences our cleaners. This has been a growing problem lately. We'll impose an extra day charge so no late checkouts unless granted by us. :)



Housebroken/Trained Pets & Service Animals ONLY. Pet cleaning fee is a must regardless of type of animal. Some of our guests have serious health concerns and having an animal in the house before them requires extra cleaning on our part to make the house has a pet free atmosphere for non-pet guests. Dogs leave odors that pet owners are nose blind to. It is time consuming to clean and deodorize after a dog and thus a pet cleaning fee must be charged. Amount is $100 for the first Dog and $50 for the second dog. No more than 2 small dogs (<50) or 1 big dog (>50). Any damage will come out of deposit & damage insurance.



We are not a party house so wedo not provide stats mixers DJ table, speaker systems of any kind. Guests may bring their own speaker but keep volume at reasonable level.
