Welcome to your charming retreat in the heart of Carlton Landing, Oklahoma! This immaculate home is a masterpiece of coastal-inspired design, boasting a serene ambiance.

As you step on the porch and through the inviting front entrance, you are greeted by a spacious and airy living area. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room to the gourmet kitchen, creating a warm and relaxing space. The kitchen features gleaming quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the culinary essentials. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a cozy dining area bathed in natural light, offering the ideal setting for intimate meals or lively gatherings. The second floor is home to three generously-sized bedrooms, including a spectacular bunk room. The luxurious primary bedroom leads to the second-floor porch, creating another lovely outdoor area to enjoy your surroundings. The screened-in porch and gated side yard, including captivating fire pit and new gas grill, offer the perfect oasis in a true outdoor haven. The fully-fenced backyard is a great spot for games and outdoor activities.



Parking for two large vehicles is included and located directly behind the side yard.

We enjoyed our stay at Mallory's beautiful house. It was nicely decorated and we felt right at home. We have two little kids so naturally we do a lot of cooking (and cleaning 😁) so we had everything that we could possibly ask for. There were also children books, scooters and chalk so plenty of "new" things to keep them entertained. We appreciated the white noise machines which is what we use at home for the little ones. We all loved the fireplace, this was our favorite part of the house! The surroundings are very quiet, we had undisturbed sleep, and although we did not do very much outside because it was very windy and cold we would be curious to come back in a few months and see what late spring/ early summer is like. Few tips for other families - if you're particular about your groceries, buy them ahead of time, not many options around. The pots handles get very hot so use caution; don't park under the tree by the fence, (bird droppings galore haha). We had a great time, thanks!:)

Me and my friends absolutely LOVED this home! Mallory was an incredible host who as responsive and easy to work with! The house is gorgeous and stocked with anything you could need. The location is perfect you are close to everything around town. The house at night was quiet and felt safe. We were able to take full advantage of the kitchen and grill we ease. Beds were comfortable and rooms were so cute. Lots of incredible natural light and a great balcony view with lots of with area hangout. The house has many outdoor and indoor spaces to gather. Carlton Landing is a perfect place for a girls getaway we felt so safe and welcomed and Mallory’s house added so much to our experience! We can’t wait to book here again!

We had a great time together as a family and will definitely be back! Location is perfect - super close to everything even walkable for small kids! Our favorite part of the house was the front porch. We spent hours out there drinking coffee, playing cards, coloring and watching our kids scooter. Can’t wait to come back to Carlton landing! This home was perfect!
