* MAXIMUM CAPACITY: The maximum property capacity is 8 people. This includes all children.
* NO UNREGISTERED/ UNDECLARED GUESTS: Only registered Guests allowed in the property. No Unregistered/ Undeclared guests or visitors allowed unless prior arrangements made. Host can terminate the reservation without refunds if violated. $100 fine per night per unregistered/undeclared guest for the entire reservation, if discover afterward. We have security camera at the property to capture the number of guests coming in and out the property.
* ID REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 25 years old to book. No third party booking. Person who books the reservation must be staying the entire stay.
* LOCAL GUESTS: must contact Host/Co-host prior to booking.
