Bedroom 1: the first master bedroom is downstairs. This downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, window AC, closet, bathroom en suite, TV and alarm clock.
Bedroom 2: The upstairs master has a private staircase, private balcony overlooking the wooded, natural forest of the Orleans Water District, two skylights, cable TV with DVD player and queen bed and large dresser. It is connected to one of the kids bedrooms creating a great setup for families with young children.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom has two twin beds each with a trundle bed for a total of 4 twin beds, a ids TV and bean bag hangout space, a bookshelf and dresser for storage.
Bedroom 4: King bedroom with closet, dresser and desk.
Bedroom 5: Twin size bunkbeds, toddler bed, toy shelves with lots of kid toys, train set, dresser and play rugs with roads.

Guests have access to the whole house including kitchen, washer & dryer, kids playroom with toys, kids books, outdoor patio with table, chairs, umbrella and grill, beach toys and beach gear including cooler and beach towels. Sheets, bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels are included.

Property is adjacent to 500 acre Orleans Watershed with very private nature trails and ponds.

We allow guests maximum privacy but are available and quick to respond by phone or text.

The house is close to town, beaches, and lakes. It's a five-minute drive to Orleans Center, Pilgrim Lake, and Crystal Lake and under 10 minutes to Nauset and Skaket beaches. The house is near Orleans Watershed nature preserve with trails and ponds.

We are a family of four who love to travel, play in the sun, hike and canoe! Carrie has been visiting the Cape for a week each summer with her family since she was in utero. And she introduced Tim to the Cape in 2005. We have been in love ever since! In 2017 we were able to buy our own Cape Cod farmhouse where we lived with our two daughters for the winters and shoulder seasons making improvements and updates each year for about 5 years. Now we have a cottage next door, where we typically spend time in the summer, so we are often in the area to quickly address any problems should they arise. We also have an awesome team of professionals who help out when we aren't in the area.

We love to host guests. We give guests ample privacy but are available to quickly answer questions by phone or text as needed.

Cancellation Policy

If Guest cancels their reservation, a refund will be issued ONLY if premises are re-rented by Homeowner for the reservation period. Homeowner will make every effort to find a replacement Guest. If Homeowner is successful in securing a replacement for the entire term of the lease, at the same rate and terms, Guest will receive a refund of the total amount paid less 5%. If re-rented for a lesser amount, Guest will receive a refund for the total amount paid less 5% and less the difference between their rental amount and the lesser rental amount. There is no guarantee that a replacement Guest will be secured and there is no guarantee Guest will receive a refund if a replacement Guest is not secured. We strongly recommend getting Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance.
