Bohemian house with a lots of windows, very bright, has been built with quality and natural materials, has works of art and antiques, an oak parquet, books and more. Charming , bright and warm house . We are in the heart of History and you don't need any public transportation to go to the best tourist attractions of Rome... and we will do all our best to make you feel at home.
Our house is very bright, built with natural materials, has objects of art and antiques and a warm oak parquet. The bathroom has a bath in Moroccan style that will give you rest after a day among the beauties of Rome, in the kitchen there is everything you need for cooking and also a handy dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen bed, there is a NEW COMFORTABLE DOUBLE SOFA BED (mattress high 16cm) in the living room and the two bedrooms are separated by large wooden sliding doors. The single bed is in another room above the library that is accessible by a ladder. A total of 75 meter square, just a short walk from the Colosseum. You will find a washing machine and internet Wifi included.

We had a wonderful stay at thier most beautiful flat, which is filled with antiques and books. Although smaller than we are used to, the space was adequate for our needs. Just 2 blocks from the Colosseo, you just can't beat the location! There is a sports bar very near by and the patrons are a lively bunch, but you get used to the joyous sounds quickly. Ditto for the garbage trucks that come very early in the morning. We took ear plugs, just in case, but you really do get used to it. We stayed in the flat for 2 months. The first week there was a minor malfunction with the toilet and Massimo came to fix it immediately. We had no other issues. The hosts are very responsive. We will definitely stay at Massimo and Alessandra's place when we come back to Rome. s place next time we are in Rome.

Amazed location, great value, big beautifullly decorated home from home I had issues with the old loose locks on all 3 access doors, ensure you get good instructions at check-in or you might get locked out for a bit .. The hot water system pakyes up every day I was there, not major but needs an upgrade Otherwise can't recommend it highly enough and the area is absolutely great

I had a great stay at Massimo’s and Alessandra’s apartment! They were quick and friendly in communication and super helpful. The apartment is lovely and just like the pictures show. You have everything you need and more! I really enjoyed the light filled day room during the day. Location is central and Rome is a very walkable city. But there is also public transport around the corner. You have some nice bars and restaurants just downstairs and a 24/7 supermarket around the corner. I stayed for four weeks and I am a remote worker, hence the internet connection was really important. It was stable and strong and I had no issues with my many video calls. One thing to note, the trash bins outside on the street get picked up at random times in the night/early mornings which can get noisy. Otherwise a perfect stay!

At the third floor, bright and furnished with class with parquet, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and internet wifi. 2 to 5 beds: 1 queen bed,1 double sofabed, 1 single bed on mezzanine. The bedroom, where the queen bed is , is separated by sliding doors that divide the bedroom from the living room where there is the sofa bed. At the apartment we will leave you a small guide with the best restaurants and a map of Rome.
