Getting around

With the Pinellas trail nearby, you can bike to many places, but most people get around by car. You will need your own vehicle, like a truck or SUV, for transporting kayaks to public launches. There is also the Jolley Trolley public bus transportation.

No animals, we're unable to host animals due to allergies, sorry.
Observe quiet hours (10 PM - 7 AM) and respect neighbors.
Check-in is 3:00 PM Est. and check-out is 11:00 AM Est.

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date, 100% of payment is refunded. If a cancellation is made 14-29 days prior to arrival date, 50% will be refunded. No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date, unless due to extenuating circumstances on a case by case basis and if property gets re-booked during those dates.

In the event of imminent natural disasters and/or mandatory evacuation orders, host will refund full amount and/or allow guest to reschedule dates, if desired.

Notes

Trash days are Monday and Thursday. Please pull the large blue bin on the side of the home to the curb on on these days. Lawn maintenance usually takes place on Thursdays or Fridays. They are only there for approximately 10-15 minutes. For guests staying longer than 7 days, host may need to access the exterior of the property for grounds maintenance (watering plants, balancing hot tub, etc.)
