We offer flexible access to the apartment and will gladly accommodate your preferred check-in and check-out times. Ideally, check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. However, we are happy to adjust to your schedule whenever possible. Please let us know your arrival and departure times in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Payment Policy

We accept payments via wire transfer, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.

• A 35% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining 65% must be paid no later than 10 days prior to your check-in date.

Please note that if the reservation is canceled, the 35% deposit is non-refundable.

Notes

The apartment is on the fifth floor and can only be accessed by stairs. The upside is that, being on the top floor of the building, we enjoy plenty of light, silence, and tranquility, plus a good daily interval exercise. :-)
